The Apartment

Located in a prime position in the heart of Le Grau du Roi Village, this apartment will be a real favorite for seaside lovers.
It is situated in a residence right on the right bank beach, a highly sought-after area, combining proximity to all amenities and peace. Enjoy its balcony, perfect for spending peaceful moments with your loved one.

This T2 apartment, located on the 4th floor with elevator, offers an unobstructed sea view with a beautiful view of the Baie d'Aigues-Mortes and La Grande-Motte opposite. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen corner opening onto a living room with a two-seater non-convertible sofa and a TV area. It also has a separate bedroom with a fixed 140 cm bed for two people and a corner with another 120 cm bed on the mezzanine above. This apartment is ideal for 4 people, such as a family of two adults and two children.
You will find all the necessary equipment for your comfort: Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.

The living area is modern, with a non-convertible 2-seater sofa, TV, and reversible air conditioning.
Appreciate the calm in the heart of the resort and rest in this bright and spacious space.

In the evenings, enjoy magnificent sunsets depending on the season.

The apartment also features a shower room with a shower and a separate toilet.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the booking.
Any additional requests will incur an extra charge:

Le ChĂąteau Leenhardt: A recent residence right by the water, with private access to the beach through the garden, giving direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches in Le Grau du Roi.

Close to Amusement Parks: Luna Parc and Amigolang, and Thalassotherapy in Port-Camargue (3 km, facing South Beach).

The Le Grau du Roi train station is 1 km away.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This residence is located right on the sand, with private access to the beach through a gate at the end of the property, leading directly to the right bank beach.
Le ChĂąteau Leenhardt is an L-shaped building, consisting of two buildings: Building A and Building B.
Both buildings have ground floors plus 4 floors with elevators. There is one elevator for Building A and one for Building B. However, in terms of accessibility, the apartments do not meet PMR (Persons with Reduced Mobility) standards.

If the apartment you’ve booked is in Building A, the higher you go, the more beautiful and wide the sea view becomes, with a view towards La Grande-Motte and a North-West exposure (perfect for sunsets on sunny days).
On this side of Building A, the residence is built at the property limit, and right next to it, there is a paid public parking lot (from March to November), where campers and cars can park.
This parking does not obstruct the sea view, and our agency cannot be held responsible for the presence of this parking lot or for misleading advertising.
It is not stated in our ads that these apartments have front-line sea views.

If your apartment is in Building B, most of these apartments face the interior of the residence, so they see the garden and the residence parking before seeing the sea, as Building B is set back from the sea and from the end of Building A. These apartments also have a lovely sea view, with a South-West exposure. They see the sea between Building A and the neighboring residence called Les Villégiales du Chùteau.

Gute Wohnung hat gut gepasst mit 3 Personen.Die Wohnung war Sauber, die Betten mussten wir selber anziehen und am schluss abziehen. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet jedoch ohne Garderobe das fanden wir sehr schaade wir konnten keine Jacken aufhĂ€ngen es gab keinen Platz fĂŒr die Schuhe zum deponieren. Leider gibts kein Internet in der Wohnung vom Anbieter das fanden wir nicht gut.

Bien dans l'ensemble, quelques détails à revoir

L'appartement est plutĂŽt bien placĂ©, on voit la mer mais du cĂŽtĂ© gauche de la baie vitrĂ©e qui donne sur un parking, lui mĂȘme donnant sur un toboggan aquatique. C'est prĂ©cisĂ© dans l'annonce, mais on est un tout petit peu déçus quand mĂȘme. AprĂšs il y a des dĂ©tails comme les parois de la douche qui prĂ©sentent une interstice d'oĂč l'eau sort un peu, le pommeau fuit un peu, le lavabo s'Ă©coule mal (le destop que nous avons achetĂ© a rĂ©solu le problĂšme, qui n'a pas Ă©tĂ© relevĂ© par l'agence quand on l'a signalĂ©), l'essoreuse Ă  salade a une poignĂ©e qui ne tient pas, une table basse qui tient tout juste sur ses pieds... rien de significatif, mais des petits dĂ©tails qui mis bout Ă  bout laisse une impression de lĂ©gĂšre dĂ©ception, d'autant que, chose rarrissime, cet appartement Ă©tait notĂ© 10/10. D'un avis unanime, il vaut un 8/10, maximum. Mais c'est un avis qui n'engage que nous... De plus, facturer + de 100 euros pour le mĂ©nage d'une surface si petite pour un sĂ©jour de 3 jours nous a Ă©galement semblĂ© un peu exagĂ©rĂ©.
