Nära terminal 2.
Vi kom med tåg från London till terminal 2/3. Hade lite svårt att hitta till hotellet, det finns tydligen 2 Hilton Garden på Heathrow. Men väl på plats så var det nästa morgon en väldigt kort promenad in till terminal 2.

Perfekt läge vid Terminal 2
Perfekt läge direkt vid Terminal 2 på flygplatsen. Trevlig "runway bar" uppe på våning 4 med utsikt över flygplatsen. Tysta och bekväma rum.

Hilton Garden Inn - 4 stars but more like 2
Restaurangen hade en bra meny men är mycket opersonlig och påminner mer om en skolmatsal. Maten presenterades på ett tråkigt sätt och var dåligt tillagad. Frukosten var sådär men usel service.

A sharp object was sticking up from the flooring in the room , which cut my toe … the room was really cold and the thermostat wasn’t working in the room… there was no hot water in the shower! I arrived quite late and had to take the first flight out in the morning . There were no phones in the room so I could ring to reception and let them know . At the check out it was so early and I was in a rush do I had to use the express check out !

Landade och lyfte från terminal 2 så det var nära och bra. Rummet var helt ok. Sängen var fantastisk. Gav mig av tidigt på morgonen så jag nyttjade inte någon restaurang eller annat. Rekommenderas

I had an early flight and if you as I departure from T2 (The Queen’s Terminal) it’s a 10-15 min walk from the room (5th flor), checking out (hotel), until you pull out your bagage label before check in the bagage (airport). Quiet rooms often hotel close to airports you hear noice from highways/roads or landing/starting airplanes it was nothing.

Unsafe, dangerous hotel! The guest staying in the room next to me tried to break into my room, the person was never contacted by the hotel about this or questioned, horrible experience. The first worker I approached when I ran away from the room for help dismissed me while I was crying and begging for help. They promised to talk to the intruder but they never did. Don’t stay here!

I paid extra for a high room with a runway view. We both actually hit our heads on the internal glazing while trying to see the runway ! Definitely a case of restricted view and definitely not worth the extra money . I asked at reception about the disappointing view and she said it was because I’d book through an agent - as in Expedia. A real waste of money for what you got. You couldn’t sit and watch the runway - what little you could see needed you to stand - not the start to my holiday I had hoped for.

Don’t book this Hotel, I paid my stay via booking and when I got to the Hotel they told me they needed to do a hold on my card for 50 pounds. It’s been more than a month and they have not refund me the money. Be careful when booked they will not refund you the hold, and good luck calling them.

Obviously the hotel is perfectly situated for Terminal 2 travel! The hotel amenities are excellent- very good restaurant and outstanding rooftop bar ! The front desk staff were perfect ! Kudos to them !
