Very najs
Fräscht och fint. Bra service. Sköna sängar och kuddar. Bra frukost. Helt ok restauranger i närheten. Väldigt nära tunnelbanan och enkelt att ta sig runt.

En lyxig vistelse
Stort och trevligt rum, sköna sängar (även om det blir lite varmt med ett täcke i överlakanet). Läget är mycket bra, bara några meter från Tower Hill tunnelbanestation och Tower Gateway DLR. Spa med pool, bubbelpool, bastu och ångbastu i bottenvåningen var alldeles underbart.

Dåligt trestjärnigt hotell, inte fyrstjärnigt
Bokade ljudisolerat rum med utsikt mot Towern, fick ett rum precis vid hissen så det lät som vi var inuti en högljudd hiss och inte det minsta ljudisolerat, dessutom utan utsikt. Fick då nytt rum, fortfarande utan utsikt som knappt var städat, trots att de städade om åt oss var det blodfläckar på väggarna samt både blodfläckar och andra fläckar både på kuddar och täcke. Rummet var även i mycket dåligt skick, fick därför ett tredje, mindre rum som var betydligt bättre, med utsikt men fortfarande väldigt lyhört. Viss personal var väldigt bra, hjälpsam och förstående medan andra var nonchalanta och otrevliga. Hissarna var rangliga och högljudda, och den ena fastnade vi i 6 gånger under vår vecka på hotellet, trots att vi sa till personalen varje gång och de lovade att laga den. Spa avdelningen var okej, och även övriga faciliteter, men det kändes mer som ett dåligt trestjärnigt hotell. Vi kommer aldrig bo på denna kedja igen, och kommer avråda andra från att göra det.

Much to be desired for a 4 star hotel.
We had an ”Executive suite”. We didn’t get towels for all, no bathrobes or slippers. Coffee for Nespresso machine was disgusting. Beds were all different and hard. Two times staff knocked at the door by mistake, plus once when they wondered when we would check out. Access to pool for children restricted after 18:00 - why not 19:00 or 20:00? Breakfast average.

Ej värdigt 4 stjärnor men bra frukost
Ej värdigt ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Trött personal som ej kan säga godmorgon på morgon eller hälsa när man kommer in i lobbyn. Vi var där i 4 fulla dagar och många olika i personalen och ingen hälsade ordentligt med ett leende. Vi har bott på mycket bättre 3-stjärniga hotell med personal som är trevliga. De vill vara digitala med incheckningar och utcheckningar men det får ju aldrig ta bort känslan av att man är gäst och att de undviker ögonkontakt. Frukosten var mycket bra för Englands mått. Varierad och färsk. Trevlig äldre herre som skötte om äggen. Pluspoäng! Läget på hotellet är bra då det ligger nära London Tower och tunnelbanan. Sköna sängar men bara en kudde var. Snålt med en stor handuk och ingen extra mindre handduk.

Perfekt hotell, härliga rum, bra läge, nära T-bana
Härligt hotell med underbart rum som vi beställt två queen size. Läget är perfekt till tunnelbana etc. Hade ett störande oväsen ifrån grannrummet som reception löst direkt! Återkommer gärna hit!!!

So comfortable, lovely decor & room was very smart. Loved the pool & spa, it was a great addition to the Corvo cafe & Leo’s restaurant. Easy with Tower Hill tube less than 1 minure walk so quick acess to central London. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was quiet and breakfast was lovely. The original room was very small and the pictures online were misleading We were upgraded to a bigger better room with no fuss but definitely need to check the rooms before booking as the pictures are not what we got when we checked into the first hotel room

All staff are super friendly and helpful. I left my swimsuit in the pool changing room inadvertently, and the staff there put it aside in their office and gave it back to me the next day. I really appreciate it.

Our first room offered overlooked the station and we could see the trains. We asked to changed rooms which was swiftly sorted. The only issue I found with the room was no area to sit down to apply makeup or dry your hair. I had to sit in the floor by the door to do this all. No ideal! Breakfast was plentiful lots of choice at an extra cost. Would I stay again yes but upgrade the room next time for a better view

The room was great and had a nice view. It did have a leak from the roof by the window and steadily leaked on the floor which we brought to the staff’s attention but that didn’t affect my husband and I. We just wanted to make sure they knew about it. My only complaint was that my last night there, I had no hot water. I had to shower in cool/warm water which sucked… otherwise, it was a great room and we would stay here again.

This property is so close to the underground that it made travel easy. It is also located within minutes walking to the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge.

This was our second visit to this hotel . It is a great hotel in a Fantastic location and the next time we stay in London i will definitely be booking here again

If you’re someone like me who enjoys working out before your day starts, this isn’t the hotel for you. They have limited fitness center access so if you have an early day planned or get back late you can forget about a workout. It was very upsetting that I couldn’t use the pool or fitness center when I wanted which messed up my routine and days. No exception on the hours either. I asked to get in early one day before our planned trip and they wouldn’t budge. I even tried to change hotels and they refused to refund my stay. Not happy about my experience with this hotel. The only good thing is that it’s close to the Tower of London and the tube.

Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem sauber, ordentlich und schick. Beim Frühstück gibt es jeden Morgen die gleiche Auswahl, da hätten wir uns mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht (Tower of London und Tower Bridge). Beim Personal gibt es nette und nicht so nette Mitarbeiter ;) Im Poolbereich gibt es zu wenige Liegen. Der Saunabereich direkt neben dem Pool ist auch eher ungünstig, dadurch fehlt die nötige Ruhe zum entspannen. Die Lage ist super - perfekte Bahn- und Busanbindung und zu Fuß kann man einige Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen.
