Inte lika bra som förr
Bodde på detta hotell 2019 och gillade verkligen detta hotell. Såg fram emot att bo där nu igen men standarden har verkligen gått ner sig. Frukosten var dålig, kall och bränd. Smutsiga bord och stolar. Personalen i receptionen var otrevlig och inte så hjälpsam. Läget på hotellet är bra iallafall men efter denna vistelse kommer jag nog inte bo här igen tyvärr.

Bra läge men inte lika bra service längre
Dålig service på restaurangen, och rörigt. Maten var klar vid luckan länge innan man fick den till bordet. Frukost gick inte att beställa upp till rummet, trots att receptionen sa att det skulle gå via appen, fanns dock inget alternativ för det. I övrigt mycket bra läge med gångavstånd till Londons butiker och utbud. Vi har bott här en gång tidigare. Nästa gång kanske vi väljer något annat i närheten.

Superfint hotell!
Vi fick ett superfint rum med fint utsikt, det enda som var mindre bra var att bäddsoffan hade ingen tjock madrass och det blev inte så bekvämt att ligga i den men annars var det verkligen 10/10

Underbart hotel med perfekt AC. Läget jättebra-nära till innersta centrum och 75 m till T-banan som tar en till olika järnvägsstationer om man vill åka runt lite i landet. Bra frukost. Vi är jättenöjda

Hotell med utmärkt läge en kort promenad från Themsen och med mindre än 100 m från närmaste tunnelbanestation. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, men nivån på städningen ger minuspoäng. Utmärkt bastu, bassäng och gym.

Grundsätzlich ein modernes und ansprechendes Hotel. Allerdings ist die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen zu verbessern. Neben der nur oberflächlichen Zimmerreinigung ist auch die Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum und den Aufenthaltsräumen mehr als dürftig. Auch im Stockwerksflur lagen über mehrere Tage Papier und Plastikreste, die nicht aufgesaugt wurden. Hervorzuheben ist aber der freundliche Service der Haustechniker, die die nicht funktionierende AirCondition innerhalb von Minuten reparierte.

Stayed in this hotel for three nights. Overall experience is great. Pros * Friendly staff and good service. I had toilet issue, staff was able to fix it quickly. Request for additional amenities was also addressed quickly. Luggages were handled very smoothly and quickly. * Breakfast is good. There are a lot of varieties in breakfast, with good mix of meat / carbon hydrates / vegetables / fruits. To my surprise, the hotel even provides smoked mackerel and it tasted good. * Transportation, buses and underground transportation are within short walking distance. Waterloo station is also very close.

I arrived by 8am and requested early check in (usually an additional cost attached). I was told that the rooms were occupied but that the staff will call me when it’s available. I checked back at 11am, 12:30pm and 1:30pm. Never received a call or email from anyone. At 1:30pm the supervisor told me the earliest I’d be able to check in was at 3pm. The offered me no concessions or alternatives. At 3pm they were not sure the room was ready. This is the official check in time….My stay started off with a bad impression. The room was ok. Location was convenient and walkable to various attractions.

Had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially with my 5 year old. Maggie in particular at breakfast yesterday morning was lovely. Room was spacious with loads of storage. Loved the view so much i never used the button controlled curtain! Breakfast was good. Only negative was that the pool was so cold we couldn't stay in it for more than a minute. Located literally over the road from Lambeth North station and 10 mins from Westminster Bridge via graffiti tunnel. Pretty sure we'll be back!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Park Plaza London Waterloo. The staff went above and beyond for us in multiple instances, including bringing a bottle of wine and chocolates to our room when they found out we were in London to celebrate a birthday. Very modern hotel (fast elevators, touchscreen controlled lights, temperature, and curtains). Very walkable and great for transportation (next to an underground station, close to a train station, and only a five minute walk to the London Eye). Don't let the railroad tracks next to the hotel fool you, we never heard a single sound from them while inside the hotel. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
