Bra läge
Det var tredje gången jag bodde här. Det är perfekt läge både för att ta en buss till Heathrow och tåg till Paddington. Snabb incheckning, ljust rum med allt man behöver för att laga sin egen mat. Nära till butiker.

Väldigt bra upplevelse!
Väldigt fint hotell med fantastisk personal. Har tidigare bott på Staycity i Greenwich där det också var kanon. Rekommenderar denna hotellkedja för dem som inte vill bo i smeten men ändå har nära till tåg med mera. Vi köpte Oyster Card där man smidigt tar sig fram dit man vill. Rekommenderas starkt!

Fantastisk service! Modernt och fräscht! Matbutik runt hörnet och tågstationen utanför dörren som tar en smidigt till de mer centrala delarna. Nära till Heathrow (flygplatsen).

Lägenhetshotell
Ett utmärkt hotell för oss som behövde en lägenhet med separat kök och sovrum då medföljande sexåring hade annan dygnsrytm än oss andra :-) Jättebra att kunna laga frukost "hemma" för att i lugn och ro starta dagen. Området det ligger i är väl kanske inte nåt för tung shopping, men det är lätt att ta sig till London via tåg och sen tunnelbana. Oystercard gäller hela vägen vilket underlättar. Till Paddington tar det en kvart eller så...

Tillgängligheten var super!
Lite onödigt med två ingångar, det var lite förvirrande att hitta och att vi inte fick information om hur man kommer in efter en viss tid. Annars super bra!

Have stayed here twice. The first time was an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. The suite itself was nice but it was so very far from the lobby which was inconvenient and the hallways were very grungy looking and dark. The 2nd stay I asked for something closer to the lobby which was way smaller being just like a hotel room but it was really bright and clean, close to the lobby and still had the same kitchenette and table as the other suite, which is so very handy. The property is extremely convenient for catching the train to Heathrow with the train station being practically outside the front lobby. The suites are very soundproof. The lobby staff were really nice, friendly and helpful but at times the line up was very long to speak with them so maybe more staff would help. The area around the property is nice and it was so handy having a Tesco close by. There's other shops just a block or 2 away but then it becomes like another world, extremely busy and overcrowded. I was hoping there would be more pubs around but there was only a couple of really small one's and they didn't serve food.

I was pleasantly pleased with the property location and condition. The Elizabeth line with a direct line to London Paddington is directly across the street. Surrounding the property are residential buildings giving a “neighborhood” feel which was great for my family as we stayed there for 2 weeks. Just a short walk is shopping, restaurants, a park, places of worship. The staff at the hotel are very professional. There is a bar in the lobby that offers snacks and pizza. There is an on-site restaurant, laundry, and gym. My only criticism is the lack of housekeeping. The room is serviced after 4 nights, then again after 7. I would prefer and suggest every 4 nights. Seven is too long of a wait for housekeeping services.

Excellent location if you need to get into the metropolis or points west (e.g., Oxford). A well-stocked Tesco next door is also very convenient. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. My only caution is housekeeping, which is hit-or-miss: they did not refresh my room as scheduled and when they did, they left the floor unswept, didn't change all the sheets, a few other things. Speaking to the front desk sorted most of these issues.

Not in a very good area. Whole building smelled very bad. I understand people are cooking in their rooms but it was beyond disgusting. Rooms did not feel clean in the inside.

I've stayed here a few times over the years due to the location, amenities and ease of getting in to central London. The apartments are well appointed and clean, and the price is reasonable for London. It's ideal if you're driving to London due to the secure car park (you do have to pay extra for parking) and it's easy to get to from the motorway network. Hayes train station is next door and you can be in central London in under 20 minutes. It's also great for getting to Windsor. The staff were all helpful and polite.

Great value for London stay
The hotel is conveniently located to bus and train lines. This is a big plus in the London area. The rooms are spacious. There are laundry, gym and restaurants on site.

Sehr freundliche MitarbeiterInnen, sehr schönes Apartment und vor allem eine hervorragende Anbindung zur Bahnstation. Obwohl das Hotel eher weit von der Innenstadt entfernt ist, war man sehr schnell dort. Die Entfernung zum Flughafen Heathrow war dafür perfekt - in 7 Minuten war man da. Nichtsdestotrotz hat man die Bahnen im Zimmer selbst NICHT gehört. Es war also ein sehr ruhiger und entspannter Aufenthalt. Der integrierte Starbucks ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt.
