Welcome to La Playa #203D by RVA. Step out your door to the white sandy beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This top floor oceanfront 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium promises a relaxing and intimate “Old Florida” beach vacation.



Upscale furnishings provide casual elegance with over 1,800 square feet of thoughtful living space. The living room opens to a breathtaking view of the Gulf and leads out to your private lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the seabirds and dolphins. The open gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, new appliances, and is fully equipped for in-home dining with beachfront grills conveniently located.



The main floor master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and furnishings and its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The spacious top-floor 2nd master bedroom with king bed, shared bathroom with walk-in shower, has a private terrace where you can end your day with spectacular sunsets and stargazing. The roomy 3rd guest room features two twin beds for comfortable family accommodations. Whatever your vacation desires, this rental will exceed your expectations.

Beautiful condo and location

Our family was so pleased with this condo and location. It was very clean, well appointed, updated and literally steps to the beach. Great set up for our adult family and toddler grandchild. We worked with a local baby equipment rental company to get the additional things we needed for the baby - with all the stairs, 3 child gates are a must if you have a toddler. RVA was attentive to our needs throughout the process. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a bit crowded for us, great location though.

Easy rental portal. Confusing when we checked in, sent us a code, however, unit wasn’t very clean. Dirty diaper under bed, toilets and showers needed a better scrubbing, area rugs dirty. For the rental price, it was sub par. The rental agency was very nice.

Simply Amazing!!!

The condo that we stayed in (203D), was absolutely beautiful. It really surpassed our expectations. It was so family friendly and all the amenities are wonderful. The kitchen was Awesome to work in and prepare family meals. The bedroom arrangement worked out perfectly. The views and the beach could not have been more spectacular! I highly recommend this unit at Laplaya!

This condo was everything and more. It was perfect for small children with direct access to the beach and the pool! The kitchen was well stocked for all of the cooking that we did. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well. I can’t say enough great things - when you have small children the convenience of this condo was everything.

Wonderful Stay!

My family had a wonderful stay at La Playa. The property is well managed, accessible and fully stocked. Everything in the unit is to advertised and updated. The views are unbeatable and the access to the beach is so convenient. Everyone we met at the property was kind and welcoming. The pool is in the back of units which is nice when you have heavy winds on beach. We received a nice message from the property manager before check in. It is about 15 steps up to the unit which is the only challenge with older people but we knew that going in.

We enjoyed the condo. Wish the beds would have been a better quality and would have been nice to have a working vacuum to get some of the sand up each day. Also could have had working outdoor patio light. I think it was a bit over priced for the week but we all did enjoy the location and the beach.

Awesome vacation

We had a fabulous week with our family. The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful, with white sand and very few people. The appartement is very clean, completely renovated with everything you need ( kitchen with all the tools you need to cook at home) and has its private access to the beach. The swimming pool is clean and the kids enjoyed alternating beach and swimming pool. There are a lot of restaurants and activities to do nearby ( 10min driving) Great place!!

Loved the location and the condo was beautiful. The 2 levels were perfect for our multi-generational family of 6. This was the most well-stocked kitchen we have ever had the pleasure of cooking in. Great to have lots of beach towels along with all the beach goodies in the outdoor cabinet. Thoroughly enjoyed our time on the main deck area as well as the upstairs balcony.

Beautiful property right on the beach. We loved the pictures on the web, but its even better life. Super clean, tastefully decorated. With direct accesss to the sand and water from the balcony. Private, quiet, exclusive. WholeFoods is within 20 minutes, Publix is even closer. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Beds are super comfy. Parking was always available.We absolutely loved everything. Highly recomend. Thank you for having us.
