A fabulous Spanish mid-century newly renovated home. A perfect home for a family vacation or a dream getaway for a group of friends. Find yourself get lost in this LA urban oasis with a relaxing super cool back yard. Comfortable beds brand new appliances and amenities. Beautiful decorated home to come back after a day of exploring LA in an oasis that is close to all attractions LA has to offer.

Relax in this stylist, stunning mid-century design theme located at center of LA. This location is close to LAX, all the famous beaches, and downtown. This home is well-maintained and well equipped with everyday essentials to help you enjoy your time explore the city.

After a long day exploring LA, you can come home to relax in the amazing distinctive design back yard with BBQ grill and beautiful plans and flowers.

Up to 11 guests can sleep comfortably. We have 1 California king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds (1 in closet) and 1 couch.
There are 2 TV 55" one in the dining room, one inside the master bedroom on the second floor.

5 min: USC, The Forum, New LA Ram Stadium, Hollywood Park Casino
10 min: LAX, Staples Center, Downtown
20 min: Venice Beach and Manhattan/Hermosa Beach
30 min: Universal Studio, Disneyland, Santa Monica, Hollywood
45 min: Disney Land, Newport Beach

Guest have access to the whole house, self-check in and check out. Parking garage in the back, there is 1 garage for 2 cars.. Beautiful spacious back yard with multiple siting area. BBQ in back yard.

-*Please also note that our house neighborhood is best described as up-and-coming in a diverse urban settings. The house is safe and secure ( under camera surveillance 24/7) and it is good if you are comfortable with urban living. If you are not comfortable living in a diverse neighborhood, this house maybe not for you.

Not what we expected
The house wasn’t cleaned properly inside so that in particular dishes and utensils had to be washed by us before use. There is no way that this house can offer space for more than 9 people. It had 2 king and 2 queens plus a single. Queens could only cover our kids. Outside/ backyard although very nice on the photos could not be used at all and not only need A LOT of cleaning but also some serious renovation. Far away from what we expected (and paid for) Ella as our contact however was a very helpful and responsive person - thank you for offering all the help but honestly there is nothing that can be done in one day to get this place up the curve. Inside it’s actually pretty nice Not only (but in particular) from a value for money perspective not recommendable

The photos are NOT an accurate portrayal of the property. Nothing is as bright and lovely as the photos suggest. The front yard is overrun. The backyard much tireder than portrayed. And the parking situation is impossible. You can do MUCH better.

Not so good experience
Wanted to stay at this location because of its photos and because it was about 10 minutes from the crypto arena. We paid extra for 2 hours for early check in at 2. When we got to the house we noticed the location isn’t exactly what we thought. My daughter and I went to the front door when it was our time to check it and heard a kid screaming and running around. We then got nervous that someone else was checked in or hadn’t checked out yet. We walked off the porch and then a guy came out and informed us they were still cleaning and to give them 20 more minutes. Why did I pay extra for early check in if we weren’t able to even check in when we agreed on. When the cleaners finally let us in we walked in to a lot of unfinished cleaning but we managed with what it was. The decorative pillows and blankets on each bed were absolutely soaked and left a wet smell on the beds. The dryer was also left running with a bunch of stuff getting cleaned from the previous guest so we weren’t sure what to even do with that. We had two young kids 3 and 1 who were obviously running around but when they ran across the exposed old heater and burnt their feet was when we became really concerned about their safety. The house is definitely beautiful but needs a lot of work for safety reasons; floors raising/cracking, the stairs feel very unsafe, door frames not properly sealed which we kept finding spiders(one being a black widow/other bugs coming in, etc. We had a group of 10 of us so booking this house that says it slept 11 was definitely another reason we wanted to book it. When I booked it was then mentioned that I would have to pay 30 dollars a person after 8 people. Why list the house for 11 and then immediately up charge families even though your house says it can accommodate 11. So we were then told we would be charged an extra $120 on top of what we already paid and booked. We also paid 70 dollars extra for early check in which was done off the website. Two days before check in we then got a message that they double booked the house we were supposed to be staying in and then asked us to switch to another location. One was smaller which wouldn’t have enough room and then other was further than we wanted to be. The issue was eventually solved and we were able to stay in the original house. Overall the stay was ok but I don’t think we would be back the house needs a lot of love.

Great Host
We've stayed at the property twice. Both times for more than a week. The property was clean and ready for us. When we had questions, the host was quick to respond and assist. The yard is a wonderful spot for relaxing after a day at work and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal for a crew. We will stay there again.
