Universal Studios and Downtown Vibes
This property was perfect for our extended family’s trip to Universal Studios and downtown Hollywood. It is a great location to take in all LA has to offer, and we always felt safe at the house. It is very close to Universal Studios and the Burbank airport. The house was comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The back porch is especially nice to enjoy the weather.

Large house with a great location
This house was plenty for all 5 of us to stay. Each bedrooom has a connected bathroom, so each person has their own private toilet/shower. Plus the location was great-only a 3min drive to Universal Studios. We would stay here again!

California getaway
This location was perfect for our vacation. Just minutes away from Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, The Greek Theater and Santa Monica Pier. Everywhere we went was conveniently accessed from this location. Loved that there were three bathrooms for our group of 8. Also, grocery store and restaurants were quite close as well. Beds were a bit hard but, not a deal breaker for us. Overall this was a great rental.

Great rental for Universal and Los Angeles
The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. We walked to Universal (about 15 minutes including the tram up the hill). This proximity to Universal allowed us come back to the rental in the afternoon to eat dinner and rest, then return to the park at night when it was less crowded. Owner was great and immediately fixed some small maintenance issues. The house is close to the 101 which enabled us to visit other Los Angeles attractions. Highly recommended.

Great location to everything
This was our second time staying here. It was 5 minutes from Universal Studies, 3 minutes from the supermarket, and only 8 minutes from where our daughter was staying for her semester in Burbank. There is access to get right on the Freeway. The Burbank Airport is only 15 minutes away. We loved that it was a house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Since we stayed for Easter, I was able to cook Easter dinner in the kitchen instead of going to a restaurant. Michael, the owner, was very responsive.
