DO NOT STAY HERE! Sketchy unprofessional hotel. I booked this place through Expedia. I arrived the night of my check in and there was no one at reception. They sent a prior email stating that check in could be anytime starting at 3pm until midnight. I arrived at 10pm and no one was there. I saw all these random guests bringing people to the motel. No security. No staff on site. I had to find another hotel last minute. They didn’t want to refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Pay a little extra and go somewhere nicer and where there are actual staff working at all hours.

The first room we were given had filthy walls and greasy smudges on the furniture, fridge, and tv, so we asked to be moved. The second room was cleaner but the paint was peeling in the bathroom and the room walls were still not the cleanest. The bathrooms and bedding were clean though. The beds creaked every time you moved. There were only 6 channels on the tv, and none of them were cable. It was too late to go somewhere else or we would have.

We had a last-minute trip to LA & needed a hotel that was convenient in all aspects. Hometel seemed to fit the bill. Decently located & the price was right. I’m glad to say it did NOT disappoint. Parking included, facility is simple, but very clean. Staff is extremely nice & helpful. Our room is spacious & nice. The queen size bed is not huge, but it’s comfortable. No coffee maker or microwave in the room, but there’s a good coffee shop downstairs. We were pleasantly surprised with the convenience & cleanliness. Will definitely come back.

Staff was super helpful. I had a bottle of wine explode in my suitcase. They disposed of the suitcase for me and were very kind after a rough morning. The guys at front gave us suggestions of things to do in LA and were very friendly and available. The coffee shop in the hotel made the best strawberry-banana smoothie and very reasonably priced. Overall, a hidden little gem of a hotel.

This hotel was in the middle of Koreatown next to a residential area. The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The only unusual thing that they didn’t have a card reader for credit/debit cards.

This place us cool. Weird Beds....its just a small futon type mattress on a hard box spring. Also TV us weird. No cable or satellite, its a weird digital flat antenna that gets local stuff. I think this place is a little over priced for what it is. Should have been $100 bucks for a weekend night. All in all not bad. I would stay here again when we go tona concert in DTLA

No-frills but clean and comfortable, and a very service-oriented, thoughtful staff. Appreciate the water bottles in the room and the refill station downstairs. Their parking lot is small, but when all the spaces are taken, you can double-park and staff essentially will valet park your car. We enjoyed our 2-night stay!

The management and the staff were genuinely nice. They smiled a lot and even took the time to address me by my name. That might be the first time that's ever happened and I've had hundreds of stays around Los Angeles. The lovely coffee shop in the lobby with great healthy drinks and wellness shots. The avocado toast was to die for. The guy who did my room turnover and change my bedding with meticulous attention to everything was very polite and of course I remembered to tip him. Thanks guys great stay.

Best Hotel
This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room was spacious, clean, organized with a great view. The price was very economic taking into consideration the location. The neighborhood was safe and every service is a few steps away. Thank you!

2nd time staying here. Freindly staff, clean, quiit, cute. Huge walkin closets. Bottle of wine and chocolates too. Just super disappointed in the mattress, was too thin, super hard/ firm as rock , surprisingly.

friendly staff, I arrived after my check in and they help me to park my car on the parking hotel, the hotel dont have many spaces to park your car so you need stay earli to have one. The room it was clean and pacyful.
