With quick access to Brady St, the beach, and Downtown Milwaukee, this home is ideally located for first-timers discovering the city and for regulars enjoying their favorite spots.

This compact studio makes space for a full kitchen, living area, dining table, and attached shared balcony. The home comfortably sleeps two with a queen size bed. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Parking:
- Parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights including Saturdays which aren't enforced). Just call the city on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a remote confirmation in 5-10 minutes. For more info, search online for "Milwaukee night parking permission" and choose the first result
- If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration

Other things to note:
- This apartment is located in a vintage building that may lack the bells & whistles of a modern building or may need more TLC from time to time. However, we've recently made updates to the interior and, as always, we'll do everything we can to make sure you have a wonderful stay
- The building does not have central air and indoor temperatures can range from the low 60s to the high 70s depending on the season. In summer months portable and window A/C units are provided, and in winter months space heaters are provided to supplement the radiant floor heating
- The single key provides access to the building doors and the apartment door. If you experience any issues, try to jimmy/wiggle the key left/right and in/out and it will unlock with a few tries
- Coin laundry machines are located in the basement of the adjacent red brick building and accessed using the key provided at check-in

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.
