Incheckningen var under all kritik med andra ord helt bedrövlig struligt, drog pengar från fel kort. Men allt övrigt var bra med hotellet.

Location is convenient. AC and heat did not work properly in room. Room service is terrible they just throw food at you when you open the door. No silverware, napkins or tray! On top of that, they charge $5.00 for delivery! Only stayed there because conference was there

PROPERTY SHOULD HAVE SENT SOME TYPE OF NOTICE TO GUEST PRIOR TO ARRIVAL ON HOW TO NAVIGATE THROUGH THE MARDI GRAS TRAFFIC TO ENTER THE HOTEL PARKING. INSTEAD, I DROVE AROUND 2.5 HRS TRYING TO GET INTO THE PARKING GARAGE, WHICH COULD HAVE AVOIDED ME WASTING TIME AND GAS AFTER DRIVING FROM OUT OF STATE TO ATTEND MARDI GRAS.

Property was good but a bit dated in some respects and in need of basic upkeep. The duvet in our room was clumped up feathers, we requested two more blankets and they were the same. Looks like they have all been washed to many times and not taken care of properly. Staff was very pleasant and attentive but there is not much they can do when the supplies are worn out. We enjoyed our stay in the city and the location was conveniently located for dining and shopping.

First time at Mardi Gras it took 8 hours to get to the hotel to check in. The staff was rude!! Then checking out the staff was still rude. You couldn’t bring anyone in the hotel without a daily fee for a bracelet. Not a good experience. When calling to try to figure out how to get to the hotel the staff hung up on me when I asked h to give him my name. This hotel was too expensive to be treated less than!! Never again!!

We definitely do not think this property was a good representation of the Marriott brand. A lot of items were outdated or not even available. Internet was beyond terrible not to mention not free. The internet kept going in and out and losing connectivity to the TV. Main phone service was not working properly, no direction or guidance on the numbers to dial for staff assistance. Drainage in bathroom was extra slow. Simple amenities that are associated with the Marriott brand were not available for use. The dinner room was closed and also not available for use.

My shower was cold every day of my stay but i had hot water in the sink. I had to ask for body soap because it was empty. We ordered room service and they didn't give us any salad dressing for the salad even though we asked for extra. We called to let them know, and they informed us that we'd have to wait 45 minutes to correct their mistake. Im also a Marriott Bonvoy Member Hotel and Credit card and didn't feel like it. I paid for my stay it wasnt free, but that makes me wonder what the free stays that im owed as part of my membership will be like?

I loved the room with the floor to ceiling window, it made me feel like I can walk out right into the action. But the construction and the barrier in front made it a bit confusing when we first got dropped off. That also didn't have inclusive access to I had to carry my bag up. The view and the room made up for it.
