Awful service
Was expecting a lot more, especially service wise.. requested a new room on a higher floor and got a room on the third floor, with a view of a trashy garage and a hint of a skyline - I talked two times to the staff and they had absolutely no interest in helping or making my stay better. They just said I could pay more money and they would give me a better room. The rooms on the superior price is to floor 8 and they placed be on floor 3 after requesting a higher floor. There were no real linen for the bed but two sheets on each side of a bare duvet which didn’t feel very clean. The beds were okay, but not very stable. The breakfast was horrible since you pay 30 dollars for it and it’s just a pair of dry muffins and a few bagels. There is very little toiletries and it just feels a bit trashy. There is no proper door to the bathroom and the sink is in the bedroom I would not recommend this at all.
