This hotel was in a great location. While it is not the best for a city view from the room, it is a block from times square. Short walking distance to everything. Bathrooms are updated, but smaller. Love that this hotel had a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Windows open with screens for a breeze. On that note the air worked well in the room but the hallways and lobby were often warm and muggy. However there is additional clean bathrooms (toilet only) in the lobby with the use of a room key, that came in handy at times. There is a laundry room in the basement that takes coins, front desk will give you quarter's for your cash. Small vending machine, and ice only on the lobby floor. Two main elevators that are pretty small, but never a huge wait for them. There is an additional elevator at the end of the hallway that will take you to the basememt but also all of the floors. There was coffee, tea, and hot chivolate available from 7a-10a everyday in addition to some breakfast bars to grab for the go. Check in was quick and easy. Had no problem getting extra towels and blankets ect. This hotel has unlimited shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap in the bathrooms on wall pumps. The King bed was comfortable to both my boyfriend and I. Room was incredibly clean and better looking than i expevted based off pictures. Big bang for your buck here. I would recommend and stay again if in the area.

Worst stay in New York ever, first off the bed didn’t even had a blanket, 2 sheets and no blanket, had to crank up the heater so I could sleep half warm, then I had to pay $80 for valet parking and was never told you had to request your vehicle with 1 hour and a half notice, obviously I requested the vehicle with a 25 minute notice, like in any other hotel, I had to wait an hour and half for my vehicle to be retrieved this ruined my whole day I had planned, nobody from the staff was helpful, worst experience ever.

The Hotel was clean, but they should upgrade the rooms. Everything in the hotel room was outdated. But the hotel is placed a in great spot. Plenty of things to do and places to go within blocks!

The Belvedere was perfect for my one night stay. My room was very clean, as expected, the king sized bed was comfortable, and temperature controls were fine, making for a good night’s rest. All staff I encountered were very friendly. I would stay again.

The most important information I can share is that the hotel is being dishonest with potential guests saying it has "free breakfast". They only provide coffee, tea, hot chocolate and nutrigrain cereal bars for approx 3 hours each morning. There is no real breakfast and all those pictures and posts about a delicious Continental breakfast are from pre-Covid days. They have not brought it back and likely won't since they are undoubtedly saving a ton of money while still getting the same nightly rate from guests. Their cafe is completely closed and never serves food. No room service with food. They don't even have the standard coffee/tea machines in the rooms so those few hours are the only time you can even get some. They sneakily provide the bare minimum so they show up on the filters for free breakfast and then screw their guests over who expected a real breakfast. I would not have booked with them if they had been honest or bothered to answer my email asking for clarity on their breakfast before I arrived. They also provide very thin blankets even in the winter and when you get extra blankets they are old itchy and so thin you need more than one just to provide enough warmth. Other than that I liked the hotel fine. It was convenient to Times Square and Subway. It had nice rooms and nicish views although nothing special. Close to great restaurant area. Curteous staff. Use the two service elevators at the far ends of the hall during the busiest times. Main ones slow crowded

Yes, you are correct we do not offer breakfast, and we removed all information regarding breakfast as our café closed in February 2020. If you can kindly respond with where you saw this breakfast information with the direct web page link, since in our searches we have not found this page. In the meantime, we will contact Expedia to inform them that you saw our property when selecting 'free breakfast", as this needs to be rectified. The inquiry you wrote to the hotel was added as a special request, not a message so we could not respond. Special requests are only viewed on the arrival day when our front desk staff is ready to assign your room. I really liked the location of the hotel, just south of Central Park and right next to Time Square. Very centrally located in Manhattan. And most importantly near tons of great restaurants, convenient for every day. The room was large, clean every day, and quiet at night. Good view. Staff was very respectful and responsive. No complaints here, mostly. Only some construction noise during the day, but rarely there during the day.

We really enjoyed our stay. Super convenient area. I also appreciated that the room was spacious so even with a pack n play, we had space. The bathroom also still has a tub which is great for the kids. It’s a little dated, but that doesn’t affect the stay. I did feel like we could hear other guests in the hallways which isn’t a big deal for me but my daughter did ask what every little sound was - just something to keep in mind for young kids.

Me and my son love the Belvedere so much. We consider it as if it’s a five star hotel. If some things could change, it would be o e of the best hotels in the area. Some of the employees are amazing and we would purposely stay there to see them. Some others are horrible, specially in the front desk but we overlook bad experiences because of some of the the amazing employees at the front desk and else. Sometimes we get very clean rooms and there are times like our last stay, the room was very dusty particularly on the dear and near the bed area. The pillow was smelly as well. We had to spray perfume on the bed to get rid of a smelly feet stink. We will not stay there at least another 6 months until we forget the stink. That was our bad experience out of many great stay at the Belvedere. Over all, the great outweighs the worst; therefore, we will stay at the Belvedere as much as we can help it. Hopefully, this comment will be read by the management and contribute to the betterment of cleanliness, improvement in service.

During check in my wife and i were forced to present identification. We get to our room and it was a sweat box and there were no water bottles in the room. The tv remote and television did not work. Just a piss poor experience.

Very well located near subway stations and just a few blocks from Times Square. Rooms are big and well equipped. Would be nice to include a breakfast area, although coffee is provided in the mornings.

3/6から４泊しました。口コミにもありましたが、部屋のエアコンからは冷風しか出て来なくて風邪を引くかと思いました。フロントに電話すると、間もなく作業員が来て、ヒーターを直してくれたので快適な温度になりました。テレビも電源が入らず、直してもらったり、シャワーからのお湯の出し方も教えてもらいました。１Fの自販機でミネラルウォーターを買おうと３ドル札を入れても反応せず、フロントで伝えたら、奥から１本ミネラルウォーターを持って来てくれました。施設は古いのですが、働いているスタッフは感じが良く、気持ち良く対応してくれたので、満足しています。

Cleanliness in general was good, but there were some tiny little bugs crawling around (not bed bugs or anything too nasty). Our drain plug in the bathtub was broken and wouldn’t drain water, but they fixed it. Mattresses were awful! Very hard and squeaky! Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Housekeeping was great! I would stay here again, if they got new mattresses.
