A wonderful week with fabulous views!

We had a lovely stay in this amazing apartment during 8 nights. Florence welcomed us on site and gave us a great introduction to all the facilities.The good: The terrace is the absolute gem of this apartment, of course! The 180 views during morning coffees and sunsets are incredible! Comfortable beds, generally well equipped. A/C worked perfectly during the heat wave and there is a general A/C plus one in each bedroom. Having an elevator into the apartment is convenient after shopping. It’s very convenient to have dish washer, washing machine, microwave, iron etc! And house keeping included after the stay is also nice :)Can be improved: Some of the listed equipment was not available, like for example the BBQ. Also, some minor details need maintenance like the water connection for the outdoor shower. The oven also needs replacement. This could be expected given the price point.Keep in mind: The location is on a hill in a quiet more residential part of town. Walking to the central parts is probably a bit too far for most, but you can always catch a bus at the bus stop just 100m away.The indoor parking space in the garage is very tight - it is hard to fit a larger car into it (we drive a Tesla Model S which just barely fit into it).Little tip: Take the 15 min morning walk to La Pointure Des PĂȘcherubs to pick up your baguette, croissant and pain au chocolat - absolutely amazing quality!

The vacation apartment is perfect for exploring the CĂŽte d'Azur. With the nearby bus stop, we were well connected and really didn't need a rental car. Florence is a very nice host and welcomed us warmly and helpfully. The stunning view from the surrounding terrace is even more beautiful than in the photos. During our week in Nice, we missed nothing and had a great holiday in Florence's apartment. We would love to return!

Parfait, juste parfait

The penthouse apartment has superb views of the port of Old Nice, is connected by bus 15 & 30 or a short walk. Amenities are all you should need for a fortnight's stay. Beds are comfortable, aircon available and many places to sit both inside the apartment and outside for lunch and dinner. During our stay we were blessed with very good weather and no neighbours, so it was blissfully peaceful. Florence is a superb host, meeting us to show us the apartment and explain the use of coffee machine, lift, cooker etc. I cannot recommend the apartment highly enough.

Fantastic View and Location

Die Penthouse Wohnung liegt super. Man kann in 20 Minuten zu Fuß an den Hafen von Nizza und schnell dahinter in die Altstadt und die Innenstadt gelangen. Wer nicht laufen möchte hat eine Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten zu Fuß in NĂ€he. Florence ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.Sie hat uns sehr viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Der Wanderweg nach Villefranche an der KĂŒste entlang und weiter zum Cap Ferrat war traumhaft schön. Manche GegenstĂ€nde in der Wohnung waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen .Es hat aber alles funktioniert. Die Terrasse ist der absolute Traum! Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.Danke

Traumhaft schönes Penthouse

Es ist ein atemberaubender Rundumblick, noch spektakulĂ€rer als es die Fotos erahnen lassen, der dazu beigetragen hat, dass wir die meiste Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes auf der Trasse verbracht haben! Das Haus selbst ist schon etwas betagt und nur mĂ€ĂŸig in Schuss gehalten, aber die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit moderner KĂŒche versehen. Alles was man braucht ist da, es ist alles sehr praktisch durchdacht Ein schönes Detail hat uns besonders gefallen: Es gibt einen an drei Seiten verglasten Teil der Dachterrasse, der an die KĂŒche grenzt, so dass wir an den (wenigen) Regentagen dort frĂŒhstĂŒcken und die Aussicht genießen konnten. Florence ist eine außerordentlich hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die durchgĂ€ngig stets fĂŒr uns erreichbar war. Zu loben sind außerdem die komfortablen LiegestĂŒhle und die QualitĂ€t des Bettes im Hauptschlafzimmer mit ziemlich neuer Matratze. Wir haben dort wirklich erholsam geschlafen. Die Klimatisation ist ebenfalls sehr modern und funktioniert im Bedarfsfall (WĂ€rme/ KĂ€lte) ausgezeichnet. Die Lage des Hauses war fĂŒr uns auch sehr praktisch: Wir konnten direkt vom Appartement schöne SpaziergĂ€nge durch das umgebende ruhige Villenviertel und auf den Mont Boron unternehmen. Zum alten Hafen ist es auch ein kurzer Spaziergang. FĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf gibt es einen großen Carrefour-Market in der NĂ€he, der auch einfach zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Fazit: Eine der schönsten und angenehmsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir kennen, gerne wieder!

Wonderful Place

The location is amazing, the view is absolutely gorgeous. The bus stop is right down the street, which makes commute super easy, the grocery store is a walking distance away. There is a very nice hike from the house with a beautiful view. The best part was having coffee in the morning with the view and wine at night with the same view different setup. The property manager was outstanding with welcoming, giving information and answering every question we had. When we go again we will definitely try to get this place again!

It's the VIEWS!

We chose this apartment mostly for the wrap-around terrace with such amazing views of the Port de Nice, Nice Ville, the Baie des Ange's, and the Cap de Nice. It's also right on the bus route to the Port for the tram to the Centre Ville, and for the bus to St. Jean Cap Ferrat where we like to walk. Florence (and her husband) were good hosts, there if needed but not obtrusive. We had a great time!

The perfect place!

The place is located in a residential area not far from "downtown". The apartment is well furnished and equipped. You have stunning views of the sea and the "Baie des Anges". We enjoyed a lot having our lunches and dinners on the terrace. We felt like being at home. We definitely had great vacation. If we ever had a chance to go back to Nice we would like to stay at Florence's property again.

Traumhafter Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Penthouse sehr genossen. Da stimmte wirklich alles. Die Terrasse umrundet das Penthouse, sodass man je nach Bedarf den ganzen Tag Sonne oder Schatten hat. Gekrönt wird das Ganze von einem geschlossenen kleinen "Wintergarten", der die Terrasse auch bei schlechtem Wetter nutzbar macht. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzĂŒgig und enthĂ€lt einfach Alles, was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Gastgeberin ĂŒberzeugt durch ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Amazing Stay in Nice

Our stay in Nice was truly marvellous! The apartment was in a nice residential area and so well located to go everywhere - Nice and surrounding towns. We wanted for nothing in the apartment - everything was provided. The view really made our holiday special as we ate our meals most of the evenings there - no need to go anywhere else — we would definitely come back!

We will be back!

We had a great stay at Florence’s place. The balcony is awesome. The covered area came in handy when it rained. The inside is even better than pictured - plenty of room, very clean and the elevator is so nice after walking around and up the city. Florence was very helpful and available before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful 10 days over the rooftops of Nice

We, with our grownup daughter, spend 10 days in this wonderful apartment with the most beautiful view over the port and sea of Nice. Although the building is old the apartment was partially renovated and from Florence the interior design is spot on. The apartment includes everything that is needed but we actually never used the kitchen. During the process of booking the apartment, i had to email Florence many times and she immediately, within minutes, responded. Also when checking in and out she was there answering all questions and explaining everything. She also gave us many tips for example when we wanted to go for dinner at a nice restaurant, she recommended one of our favourite of the trip. The location could not be better, a couple minutes away by car from a grocery store. Port, old town and restaurants were in walking distance or one can take the bus which stops right in front of the apartment. The beach was also in walking distance but the area we went is private and small but its not a sand beach meaning it might be a bit uncomfortable to sit after a while. Distance to walk to the old city might not be for everyone we always took the car and parked at the port parking area which is at a perfect location, not too expensive and a few minutes away from the old city. Also, we have to mention the last bus that drove was at 20:30 which might be a bit early if you go out for dinner in the evening. If i would have to criticise something it would be that although its nice and useful that the toilet is separate from the shower but we felt that a sink would be useful in there too, the shower outside on the terrace is just a prop. Florence offered many towels and bedsheets even beach towels also the bed was very comfortable and the AC in the bedroom was very useful. Florence offered a parking spot which was just good for our car but not for bigger cars. In conclusion, we enjoyed our holidays and we would love to go back anytime. We highly recommend it and we thank Florence for everything which made our stay in Nice so conformable.

Un emplacement exceptionnel pour explorer Nice, Cannes, St Tropez et Monaco, Italie. On se lache pas de cette vue magnifique et de cette terrasse superbe pour profiter pleinement des vacances. Host/ gĂ©rants trĂšs agrĂ©able et Ă  l’écoute. Nous avons passĂ© des belles vacances.

Une vue Ă©poustouflante

Excellent sĂ©jour que nous avons passĂ© Ă  cet endroit. Florence est trĂšs conviviale et disponible. Ce fut un plaisir de venir sĂ©journer chez elle. Excellent accueil. La vue est magnifique, encore plus belle que sur les photos. L’appartement avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous reviendrons pour sur. Nous n’avions plus envie de quitter cette si belle vue sur Nice.
