Come get a taste of paradise and enjoy one of the best hidden gems in southern Cali. The unit is located in North Coast Village. The unit has been recently remodeled. This complex sits on the beach with plenty of gorgeous amenities and nearby activities. The beach to your left and the harbor to your right. Here you can find the beach, access to 2 pools, Jacuzzi and many other amenities.
The space
My unit is located in North Coast Village which provides two spa Jacuzzis, free 24-hour gym access, a rec room with TVs, pool and ping pong tables , a putting green, onsite laundry rooms, commercial grade BBQ grills for community use and 24-hour patrol.

North Coast Village grounds are groomed to perfection and boast a very tropical lush feel! You will love taking a stroll within the gated grounds and exploring the little streams, koi ponds, fountains, and hidden alcoves.

The complex is also equipped with two swimming pools, two hot tubs, two commercial grilling stations, game room, weight and cardio room, and several laundry facilities. North Coast Village is truly a one stop location for an unforgettable vacation

We had the time of our lives. Grandsons first trip. Beautiful grounds. Loved the Koi and Ducks. Great location, cannot begin to express my delight.

Easy check in & out, the train wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, I didn't notice it the 2nd night. Love staying at NCV. Owner replied quicky to any questions and it was great!

North Coast Village is Awesome!

We love NCV - have stayed there several times. Unfortuantely, when I booked I missed the location of this unit in Bldg B, which is right next to the main road, and raliroad tracks. The commuter trains start running at 5am, and thunder by every few minutes, and the locals like to drive their cars and ride their bikes down the road with music blasting well in to the night. Luckily we are pretty good sleepers, and by the third night we were able to sleep anyways. Second issue was cleanliness. The main surfaces were clean, but the little things like fan blades above your head, ceilings, walls, and baseboards were covered in a thick layer of dust, with dust bunnies everywhere. I contacted the owner about this, he was unaware of the issue and indicated he would certainly get it cleaned up. Otherwise, for the price, this was a nice unit. It is as far away from the beach as you can get, but lets be real...a 5-minute walk through the beautiful NCV complex is still great. We made the circuit of condo to beach, then pool and hot tub a couple times a day, and it was no problem. I would suggest bringing your own beach wagon, chairs, toys, and umbrella, as none of those are provided in this particular unit. The kitchen had a few spices, and was stocked with the very basics for four people - coffee maker, a couple pots and pans, and a few untinsels. It is an easy stroll to the Marina with shops and good eats, and to the pier the other direction. We had a great time!

Trains, Automobiles & Beach

The complex is located at a excellent location; next to beach, walking distance to restaurants, hotels/bar, and cafe but not too close where you have to deal with the noise. But building #B is facing a busy road and the train tracks, so you have to contend with extreme noise. None of the units in complex has A/C so you have to keep windows open and the road noise, especially from the trains, kept waking up me and my entire family. The trains run all day and night, passenger and cargo freight. Unit cleanliness was ok, But the bedding, sheets and mattress are filthy! They were all stained! The sheets, mattress, bedding, all of them were soiled with stains! Kids liked the large pool and Jacuzzi. I would vacation there again, just would not rent anywhere in building B; too close to train tracks.
