Ants and problem with check-in

Property is nice expect for a few things. The checkin process was really bad as the owner didnt communicate how to access the apartment until hours after the check-in time. Had to contact Vrbo support for help. Ants in the bathroom for my daughter was not good at all. Expected to clean on leaving, but given no cleaning supplies or soap to clean. Will use a hotel next time.

Great space, convenient to Disney

Our family enjoyed staying here while we explored Disney parks and visited the beach for a day. It was easy to get to and quiet. You recommend to others!

The location of this unit is great if you have a vehicle. It is fairly close to all the Disney parks, nearby shopping, grocery and many restaurants. It is a very quiet area inside a gated community (upstairs unit). This condo is spacious and well laid out. The 2 bedrooms have their own complete bathroom. There’s an extra third full bathroom. The dining room is spacious and well furnished. The lighting is not very bright anywhere throughout the place. The kitchen is large enough, well equipped, with nice dishes and cutlery. On the downside the frying pans were terrible, old and dirty. Bring your own dishwasher soap, dish soap, hand soap, tissues etc. There is a washer/dryer but no soap. No shampoo or toiletries included. The towels and facecloths were stained and need to be upgraded. The condo has carpeting that looks dirty . The area rug in the main living room is frayed/torn. The unit is nice but needs to be freshened up. With a bit of attention to details is could be a better place to recommend.

Perfect family house

Everything was as described in description. Very well maintained, close to parks. Inside house was stuffed with All you need for your stay.Outside, Lot of parking , quite yet minute away from main road. Walking distance eating, shopping fun activities too.Nice outside patio view from living and bedroom and nice sitting arrangements. Just need little cleaning on outside furniture.

Vacation almost ruined

Didn't get to stay and had to cancel due to host being unresponsive. Family lost 2 days of vacation due to having to go from one hotel to another.Looks like they have decent reviews so I hope they're ok...

Beautifully decorated condo in great location

This 2 bed, 3 bath condo is gorgeous! On the second level, but stairs aren’t a problem for us. Well equipped with everything you need. Publix, Walmart and many restaurants are very close. Owner responded to several questions quickly. We would definitely return!

Disney Marathon Weekend stay

Perfect place for us to be for our Dopey Challenge that required going to bed early and getting up in the middle of the night. It was super quiet there. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking meals. We didn’t visit pool or exercise room but it was very close by. We would stay here again.

Beautiful little home minutes from the parks

Theres alot i could say. The furnishings were lovely. Beds, coutches, chairs, etc... were alll comfortable. The condo was well furnished. 5 out 5 stars for sure.

InternetTV was totally unreliable

Internet/TV was out most of our stay and calls to property manager and owner couldn’t resolve the problem. Cleaning crew used febreze freshener on the sheets and pillowcases which to us was nauseous
.we had to wash them. Garbage disposal never worked so sink backed up. Carpets needed professional cleaning. The location was great and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the nice view.

Very spacious condo near Disney

The condo is very spacious and comfortable. Beds were especially comfortable. Both the owner and property manager were very responsive and easy to work with - thank you! The location is very close to Disney and worked great for us for the tournament we were attending at ESPN. I wish the pool and fitness room had longer hours, but that is not the owner's fault.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

I travel for work and hotels get old quickly. This condo was perfect for my two week stay. There are always little things that could be improved, but it was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet in a very convenient location. The property manager Dee was very quick to respond when needed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Positive: Condo was very pleasing inside--tastefully decorated. Close to pool. Good location for families because of close proximity to Disney World. Owners are very nice to correspond with. ***** Issues: Located on 2nd floor (20 steps) -difficult to get suitcases/cooler up stairs. Bedroom fan did not work. Freezer door was hard to close (was noted in owners' notes) There was no local facility manager to answer questions so emailed/disrupted owner & called VRBO to get answers upon arrival re door lock. (Informative notebook with info was inside.) Property would be better if it had a local property manager. Irrigation system was broken so grass/plants not watered properly.

We missed Out

My wife and I were in Fl visiting her sister and decided to extend our stay at this property. Prior to our arrival we both had upper raspatory issues (Covid type issues) and decided to return home prior to extending our time in Fl. We never made it so we cannot comment. Sorry we missed the opportunity to stay at your property.

Perfect VRBO for our family in Denver

This was one of very best experiences with a VRBO. Completely stocked home (very rare) with anything you might need for cooking, playing, lounging and resting. The hot tub was a wonderful addition at the end of each day. The house is very well decorated and felt very homie. We will make this our go to rental from now on when we come to visit our family in Denver. I wish we had found this one years ago. Thanks for everything.
