Wonderful experience

The hone was exactly as described. Beautiful and spacious. Larger rooms than expected. Everything was clean and easy to get to. Location was perfect to anything you need.

Well worth the stay

Pros: Amazingly clean home, spacious, easy to access, comfortable, great communication and amenities provided by owner.Cons: Main television was unusable, and uncontrollable by the owner of the home but there were smelly and obnoxious people renting next door.

Great location and spacious accommodation

The property is a good size and in a great location to get to parks, useful Walmart is only a couple of minutes away too. The property needs a deep clean, the skirting board and edges of floors a dusty and dirty. The bedding etc was clean and towels. There was only 2 bowls in a villa for 10 people which isn't ideal, not really sure why there wouldn't be sufficient tableware for the amount of guests allowed in the unit. It is on a very busy highway which is very noisy for lighter sleepers. overall I would stay again but just be aware of these things. The street is quite busy with cars too which made accessing the driveway a bit difficult at times in a 12 seater van.

Mostly a positive experience.

Front bedrooms get very cold and the rear ones get very little air. Need to check the ducts. Dryer does not work very well. HOA doesn't enforce street parking so it was difficult to get into the drive with a large SUV.

Nice house, good location

In general, the house is very good, it's just not complete in terms of kitchen accessories, it lacks some basic dishes to be able to heat a pizza, for example, and there is a small amount of utensils. Cleaning can improve in terms of insect protection, we found some insects during the week.

Clean Property & Great Location

We stayed at this location for 3 nights. Everything was within 15 minutes. Great food and entertainment opens. The property is in a nice little gated community with a pool and playground. It’s well keeled and clean and the hosts are very responsive.

Not Clean

At frist glance the esthetic of the home is pleasant until you begin to see how dirty and mistreated this home is. Every corner had a collection of dust and dirt. The bed sheets had clearly not been washed from previous rental they had hair, stain and foul odor it smelled like anything but clean. Its been over 2 weeks now and still havent received our deposit back even though I got a email a week ago that they had processed it but still no funds in my account. The game room wasn't much of a game room and most games were broken or mistreated. Rugs are stained and most walls are dirty with markings. This home clearly needs some care or new management.

Look elsewhere

Problems checking in, very difficult to reach owner, as the only communication you have is through their portal (Wonder Vacations)which doesn't work very well. Eventually, they had me sending pictures of my credit card to phone numbers. Not exactly secure. No one answers the phone number they give you, so an easy 2 minute conversation to get checked in, turned into hours of interrupting what I was doing to try to get through to them, thru their portal. The house was not clean. We found remnants of garbage and hair everywhere, on the carpet, on the bathroom floor, hair in the sheets. It didn't seem like the apartment was cleaned very thoroughly. The beds were very uncomfortable. The layout of the apartment was good for what we needed. May not rent this way again.

Nice Property but Unprofessional Management

As mentioned in other reviews, the property was lacking some basics (very few kitchen tools, dining ware, little patio furniture - only two small folding chairs, etc), the air hockey table was broken, and the cable did not work on any of the TVs. However, the property itself was very nice - clean, spacious, great location, plenty of rooms/bathrooms for our group of 7, and a nice sized patio. The community pool and playgrounds were great and easy to walk to. However, we ran into a number of issues during our stay (the water AND the electricity for our unit were shut off at separate times during our 2 week stay), and the management was slow to respond (if at all - we had to contact VRBO directly BOTH times in order to get a response from the management company). Furthermore, when we contacted the management to request replacement light bulbs and batteries for TV remotes, they said they would send someone to fix them, but never did. Due to the experience we had with the management, we would NOT be able to recommend staying here again.

Spacious little place for family

Spacious little townhome with plenty of room for a large family. Host was in constant contact to ensure we were doing ok. Cable wasn’t working - not a big deal we didn’t use it during our stay. Games in the garage were not in the net of shape- again not a big deal. House was still great!!! Will stay again and recommend;)

Great location

The unite was clean. Well kept loved the carpet upstairs. had enough space for my group to have their privacy . Only problem we had was the setting of the central air at night the air was very dry. We didnt adjust the controller because of the setting.. Other than that we will definately check out VRBO again.

Beautiful condo

Condo was beautiful and in a great location. Condo was a little lacking on kitchen supplies and did not offer washcloths or dish cloths; so bring your own. Also be prepared to be contacted by another company which asks you to text a picture of your photo ID and credit card. That made me nervous but was legit.

Great place close to Disney and all theme parks

This was a great clean place. We had 6 people and plenty of room. We had a small issue with plumbing and they took care of it very quickly. IF I had to say something negative about this home it would be that basics they supply you with were not enough such as a spatula, dish soap, toilet paper, extra blankets and pool towels. Other than that I would DEFINITELY stay here again! Beautifully decorated and the kids loved playing in the game room.

The house was beautiful and clean! I would echo some of the other reviews in that we ended up at the wrong house first. It's something with GPS so make sure you check the address on the actual map.

Good overall environment (with feedback)

In general, we had a pleasant stay at this location. Generally clean and comfortable. A few pieces of feedback to make the stay that much better. - It would be good to provide dish washing detergent (e.g., Dawn) - There was a glass that was broken - It would be good to have 1 extra garbage bag per trash can. This would make it much easier for someone that rents the house - Mildew in bathroom curtain and bathroom flooring - Sofa was uncomfortable and not welcoming to sit on when you come from a long tired day of walking around amusement parks - There was a lack of toilet paper. It would be good to have a extra toilet paper per bathroom
