Family vacay
This house is in need of some repairs and new furniture. The sectional in the living room looked great in the listing but really needs to go in the trash as the corner seat was all sunk in which is very visible just by looking at it. we put pillows there so we could sit in that spot. The stove top worked but you could not control the temp setting from low to high every setting was high. I contacted the property manager they sent someone out but they said it worked, yes it worked but not properly. My daughter stepped on glass in the pool area and cut her foot thatâs when we discovered several pieces of glass on the ground. Then while doing laundry a cockroach ran out from the laundry area she stomped on it. We left it in a zip lock bag on the counter when we left so hopefully they do something about that. Those were the big issues we had also we couldnât get the projector upstairs to work. The TV in the Mario room did not work either. Also it showed a Nintendo switch but we never seen that. All the appliances are d There is a lot of cosmetic damage as well. despite all that we had a great vacation. I think the cleaning and maintenance crew need to do better and address/report the issues immediately so they can get taken care of. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool that was surprisingly nice and warm during the record breaking low temps we had during our stay. I did report these issues to the Nova management. I really hope they go inspect this property.and see its condition
