An adequate hotel for the price(NB! No Expr Pass!)
It should be noted that this hotel does include early access pass to the Universal parks but *does not include Express pass*! This cannot be stated clearly enough and the lack of this clarification really detracts from the overall experience. A pox on the description writer for the omission and shame on Hotels.com for entertaining it. In most aspects, this is an adequate hotel. It is right next to Volcano Bay which is convenient. (Prepare to pay a 400% premium on the same swim shoes you can get at Walmart with better quality. You were warned.) The breakfast/lunch diner is well stocked but incredibly noisy! The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff polite and accommodating. Wi-fi was very spotty, however. I would stay here again.
