With 8 spacious bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 18 people!
The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar to comfortably drinks your tasty coffee every morning.
It also has a washer and dryer, iron, hairdryer, free WiFi and everything you may need for a pleasant stay!

AFTER BOOKING:

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:

Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, $150 minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

The ACO Vacation Home team is available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

For your convenience, we provide the following items so you and your family can get settled in without worrying about it upon arrival. But keep in mind we do not replace the supplies.

The stay was great beautiful home. The mat in the game room was wet when we arrived. I assume it was from the small ac unit leaking. Because we cleaned it up. Armrest broken in the theater room. Otherwise it was geat.

House was very spacious and the response time to any concern was quick.

The house was not properly cleaned at time of check in. The carpet was so dirty (visible stains) we were afraid to walk on it with our bare feet. The furniture was falling apart. There were dent in the refrigerator and the ice maker was clogged. The master bedroom shower was full of mildew. The house should have been more presentable. We didn’t have access to the club house amenities.

Overall great stay and very nice home. Seen 2 dead roaches and a lizard in the house upon arrival but the house was clean. I communicated with the team about the bugs and it was handled. Also, may want to purchase a broom we had to sweep the best we could with a dry mop because there was no broom to be found. Loved the home and pool!
