When I first arrived at the hotel I noticed that the building looked a bit old but I stayed positive. The lobby looked amazing a smelled great. We paid $22/day for parking which was fine cause we only stayed 2 nights. Parking was okay they have a huge parking area( it does full up so you might a spot close to your building ) . The room smelled moldy and very moist the air in the room was thick. The phone didn't work. The door squeaks and stuff just looked old and rusty. The hotel is very nice I just think they need to invest some money in the hotel rooms as well. The hallways are small as well. The amenities they have are great the pool was huge. The gym was big but also smelled moldy. They have a pond with fishes and a nice outside sitting area. I would give a 3/10 Because I spend majority of my time in a moldy room. The staff friendly and very helpful.

The shuttle that took us to Disney was frequently late and sometimes randomly canceled. One shuttle had a bullet hole in the window and did not now how to get back to our hotel so we got lost for an hour.

Where do I begin? Wow I have never had an experience like this before. My reservation was for 5 days 4 nights and by the first night they checked us out the hotel without our knowledge. I received a checked out receipt in my email. I went to the front desk to inquire about what happened and I was told one of my room key was returned. How, when I have both keys in my possession. Terrible. Then the AC didn’t work so called the front desk for help 2 days in a row, no one ever came. House keeping never came to our room, no wash cloth or towel was in the room by day 2. What a mess! I swear management needs to be evaluated. The place smells moldy, the only place that smelled good was the over perfumed lobby.

Staff was very friendly and we made use of the resort credits. Rooms were small and humid and smelled like cigarettes. One day we did not get restocked with towels and had to go to the front desk. Price was great, but you get what you pay for.

The room was nice . But the biggest problem for me was the parking . I barely found a parking spot . And they charged you a parking fee . However , the stay and the hotel is well maintained.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had at a hotel. After paying for the room, I was told that they were sold out of rooms and was asked to drive around and look for a place to stay at 12:30 am when I had communicated that I had been drinking at a work party and could not drive. This was after I had called at 7 pm to confirm that everything was still okay with the reservation. The staff was rude and didn’t offer to help me to find an alternative location. Eventually, one staff member offered me the hospitality room with a pull out couch.

Overall its was a great experience. The room did have a musty smell but it wasnt horrible. Price was resonable for a Marriott. The 2 pools with the bar in the middle was really nice. Bartenders, drinks, and food were really good but pricey Be aware the main pool is not heated. Sitting by the pool is enjoyable and relaxing. Staying here was a great choice and we would stay again.

THEY GO INTO YOUR ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!!! The cleaning lady went into my room twice, even though I had the do not disturb sign, the first time I noticed because they only took the garbage out, the second time they even put the do not disturb sign inside my room and took the garbage out again, I went to the front desk the only thing they did was sent an email to management. Definitely will not be staying here again everything else was fine, but they don’t respect privacy, luckily nothing was missing but they don’t respect privacy.

The hotel had a bad smell, especially in the hallways. It was a wet chemical carpet smell. Definitely need to update everything besides the entrance. Also Starbucks automatically charged 18percent tip without telling you when you use the $25 voucher given by the front desk.

The outside pool areas were clean and well organized. Many lounge chairs and umbrellas were available. There is poolside service, but it is quite slow as there was only one waitress. The prices are fairly expensive so it was nice to be able to charge them to the room. Towels are available at the pool. The restaurant had a nice hot breakfast buffet, but at $25 per person, We expected more. The outside of the building looks older but most of the rooms were recently renovated except for doors (the bottom of our bathroom door was cracked, peeling and looked very rough). The photos on the website are much better than what you get in real life. It took a very long time for our room to be cleaned (happened around 5:00 pm each day) and on the third day, the cleaner didn’t make our beds, empty the garbage, or give us the complementary water bottles. The bathroom is small and there were small bugs (either ants or fleas) that kept coming from underneath the door’s baseboard. We killed about a dozen and left the lights on to try to deter them from coming out while we slept. Happily, we found no bed bugs as we checked under the mattress covers after seeing the ants/fleas in the bathroom. There is a $25 per day resort fee. Parking is about $22 for self-park.

This property is in desperate need of makeover. The lobby area was beautiful but the rooms were pretty gross. You can tell that the toilets had damaged the walls and it was not properly restored. Doors need repainting carpet was really dirty. I feel really bad for the staff who were all so nice but both rooms were pretty yucky. The staff doesnt really have any control over the rooms...whoever owns this need to invest in repairs.

Overall the place is fine, but the surprise $50 fees they charge you when you check is just completely ruined the whole experience (just stayed 1 night so it's possible they surprise you with this per day). It's one thing to add it to the price ahead of time, it's another to exclude it when you book through Expedia and then get essentially hustled once you are there to check in. As usual the front desk will ask for your card and mention they'll put a hold on it for incidentals - which is fair and common as well as parking and resort fees. If course the credit card reader doesn't tell you the total and they don't offer up the additional costs without you asking. The place is ok, but a far cry from a "resort" or anything you would expect to pay for parking for. The staff were all very lovely though.

Overall was a nice hotel! Everyone was very friendly, took a bit to get a working key to our hotel room once we got a working key our toilet then wasn’t working properly. They offered for maintenance to come fix it but I explained how we just wanted to get into our room to relax being it took awhile to get keys that worked to our room and they gave us a new room.

Heat was broke in room and it was cold at night. Pre ordered ammenitys in room for anniversary, was not there. Key into building worked half the time. Someone broke out of the elevator stuck on the 7th floor leaving us with 1 that took forever. Wifi tv and phone down for HOURS.

My room had no working phone, broken drain in shower and listened to the sound of water in pipes like a running toilet all night. Also every time someone came through the building the door slammed shut and shook the room.

The kids where so loud above u could barely get any sleep Our toilet was making a loud screaming noise The pizza wasn’t that great maybe a better crust The room service people tried to enter our room while we were sleeping. They also entered when we didn’t request them to luckily all of our belongings were still in the room.

I’m giving 3 stars to staff and service only because the housekeeping staff is very courteous and attentive and I found that the room was very clean. Front desk staff just terrible! I’d never go back here. You can hear everything from doors slamming all night long to people speaking in the hallways. I get that it was a busy time but then you need improve the acoustic in the rooms. I could not sleep. Then I ordered in room dining, what a terrible idea that was. It took more than an hour to bring a chicken wrap with old lettuce and bathed in cholula sauce. I took a bite and had to dump it. I made sure to mention this to the front desk and they did not seem concerned or attempted to fix it. In the contrary, they seemed very unapologetic. Starbucks couldn’t serve espressos in the morning because the machine was broken. I had to go to a real Starbucks. What a joke. At $200 a night I sure expected better. Thank God I could not make it the Saturday night I was supposed to check in, the rate would have been $400 and this property simply could not justify that value.

Stayed for a week booked on a pool view. On check in we were given a parking lot view and the room smelt of smoke. We then moved 2 days later because they were overbooked to 2 queen bed pool view. After 3 days the tv kicked out and we were forced to move again. With all the hassle we weren’t offered any real compensation for not delivering on what we had booked and paid for.
