The property is nice and well kept. There was some minor nitpicky things I could mention ( dirty pool, garbage in the hallway), but over all it’s fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ashley at the front desk was cheerful and helpful- even at 2am! Marie at the waterpark restaurant was great too. Drawbacks- what you think You might be saving by staying in here, is a joke. They over charge for everything. Food at the market, alcohol, and activities- specifically Flowrider at the water park- They don’t openly mention that it’s not included in the waterpark, but then want to charge $35 for what they say is half an hour (shared with 5 other people- works out to be about 7 mins for the price). If you’re traveling with teenagers- the waterpark is ok. It only has two slides and a lazy river. Younger kids have a smaller area to enjoy. The food was fine. We didn’t eat at the Venetian- the menu was limited and over priced for a nice dinner so we went off grounds. The pool restaurants were good- your normal Burger and fries, but pricey. We ended up getting some groceries from Uber eats- since we didn’t have a car. That helped with saving a little money on snacks. Personally- I would spend my money on an all inclusive place in Mexico or the Caribbean before coming back here.

We have been staying here for years because it is a beautiful property with great amenities and rooms and have always referred friends and family to check it out. This time however, our service was terrible from the minute we walked in. We had to wait several hours for a room after normal check in hours. When showing how unhappy we were, the front desk staff would start to talk in Spanish to one another and then look at us...clearly talking about us. One gentlemen was trying to ask out the lady on a date while checking us in. Very unprofessional. There was no bedding for the pull out couch and when trying to call downstairs for hours, there was no answer. When we headed down to the front desk, there were several staff members standing there. Said it could take hours before bedding arrived even at 10:30pm. Bedding did not come until 7am the next morning. The pull out couch also had staples coming out in which my child cut himself on. Told the front desk and they did not care. Garbage bags were not provided and was like pulling teeth to get anyone to drop one off for us. The beds were not made completely with bottom sheet folded to expose mattress. Stains on the bedding and pillows. None of the TV remotes worked and one of the bedroom TV's cables were dangling from the wall. There were only 4 bath towels and no wash clothes for 3 bathrooms. When requesting late checkout, they wanted to charge us which was not right when we did not receive a room until 3 hours after check in.

We were put on the Valencia Restaurant waiting list for over an hour, and when we got seated with three kids they said we couldn’t eat in and we had to take it, when they should’ve said they didn’t have the time to attend us from the beginning,very bad customer service

Size of the room we reserved was nice. It was overrated and a “expensive cheap” stay. Needs more and friendlier staff. Nice to have the “water park” on site and the multiple pools. Don’t really recommend and we won’t be staying here again

Overall it’s a great value for families. However lots of hidden fees and extras. The rooms and buildings also need a refresh of painting and minor repairs. My bedroom ceiling was very flimsy and wobbly. Felt like it was going to fall off the wall in the middle of the night . The other issue is the parking is terrible. Only parking are the parking garages in each building. The spaces are very narrow and many columns that it made parking very tight. You felt like you were going to hit any parked cars or the columns. The spaces are not made for trucks or large suvs. It was very stressful to park. The pool and water park were awesome and staff working were so friendly and professional. Enjoyed my stay but the stress of the parking garage really would make me think twice about staying there again.

So I was going to give the resort a 1 star but because of the manager Ricardo i’m giving resort a 2 star . 1 the pictures are exaggerated the suit is not what to expect . They don’t give you a broom or mop in your room so be prepared to order one off door dash to clean your room . There’s no events every day. They had Karaoke night &the guys who work karaoke night are really cool they gave my daughter balloons & song her happy birthday . However other than Karaoke they don’t have any other event . There’s nothing to do on this resort but swim . Once your done swimming your stuck in your room watching a tv ,that the volume doesn’t get loud Me and my family went to Disney was promised a shuttle bus back to the resort, however the shuttle bus abandoned us . I had my six month old baby who is now sick with the cold &my five-year-old daughter who was outside for two hours waiting for shuttle . When I called the resort asking, where is the shuttle? They told me that is not their problem. They gave me the Dispatch number we called Dispatch & he told us he will be there soon so we waited Two hours 12:15 am went past we called the Dispatch again he continue to hang up the phone on us .They told me to take a Uber & they will reimburse me however they NEVER reimburse me for the uber . However The next morning I saw Ricardo the manager and he did end up giving us a 75$ gift card to get some food . If you work hard for your money DONT CHOOSE THIS RESORT ITS NOT WORTH IT .

Really enjoyed my stay this will be at the top of my list for future Disney trips. The room was amazing with two bedrooms with on suite bathrooms so we can be on one side and the kids in the other. Make sure you reserve pool side seats or you will be hard pressed to get a seat at the main pool.

Property was well maintained. Staff are friendly and water park is very popular with the kids. The rooms are very spacious, housekeeping is very fast. The washer and dryer is very convenient. Only thing is that the floor is not super clean. I would still rate the resort in 4.5 stars.
