The Perfect Getaway

This home was the perfect place for our family getaway. The location was close to all the amenities in Pagosa Springs area. The home was very nice and it was so quiet and peaceful to sit out on the deck in the mornings and evening.

Lovely spot, modern house, everything works

The house was great, three full bedrooms and a fourth in a mezzanine, three bathrooms, everything is modern and functional. House has some style, a mix of mid-century modern and industrial with two excellent outdoor spaces attached to the house and two small lakes quite close. Everything works, upstairs and down. But the best thing was the wildlife; we had a doe and her four fawns every day we were there hanging around, a young buck was also around. We saw eagles hunting over the lake and magpies, a horned owl, endless geese, and the last couple of days a red fox. The house sits on a corner and there's a large bushy area in front that seems home to a lot of animals. That was fantastic.

Cute cabin on the lake

My family of four stayed here for our ski trip in March. We would definitely stay here again. The house was nice and cozy and the hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes.

Excellent property!

Three couples stayed for a long weekend at this gorgeous property! So clean and well maintained. The kitchen literally had everything we could need and more! You could easily sleep 10+. The home backs up to a small lake with a large lake across the street with amazing views! Close to everything. 10/10 recommend this property!

Beautiful!

This house is in a amazing location just minutes from restaurants and close enough to Wolf Creek ski area. The property is 3 floors and had lots of room to spread out, amazing views and was very clean. The property manager and Evolve was quick on responding and very friendly. Will definitely rent again.

Need better contact info

I tried to get a hold of someone for a couple weeks prior to our stay to see if we could check in early. No one would reply to me. Finally, the day before we left they gave me info to contact the lady that manages the cleaning. She was very nice and tried to accommodate us.

Great views

The house and location are very nice. We enjoyed watching all the wildlife from the decks. Very relaxing! The downside is the property management. It lacks some of the personal touches you get when it’s owner managed. Communication with the management was terrible. We were missing some necessary items which took over 13 hours to get. When someone finally did bring it to us we asked why we weren’t hearing back from the manager
. we were told she was very busy and that we just had to keep trying and she would get back with us sooner or later. We would stay at the house again, but not as long as Evolve is managing it.

Fourth of July Family Reunion

Overall this property is a great location. It is easily walking distance to the lake. It sits on a nice large piece of land. It is well appointed with beautiful hand done woodwork pieces. The main issue is it lists it is 3 bathrooms. It is actually 2.5 as one of the bathrooms is a toilet and sink. There were no facial tissues and short on washcloths. The manager was willing to purchase more and bring them by. She was very prompt to clean up the trash. The trash cans were not secured and there was no access to the shed or the garage to put them out of bears reach at night. A bear did get into it and spread trash all over the property. She came over and cleaned it up and brought straps to secure the trash. She was very attentive to the needs.

Perfect Vacation Home!!

This was a perfect home for our week stay in PS. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing the lake everyday. It is conveniently right across the street so not a hard trek to get the kayaks there. The house is beautiful and quite cozy. A perfect set up for our teens. They hung out downstairs in their own space during our down time while me and their dad relaxed on the balcony sipping an adult beverage enjoying the scenic view. The home is equipped with everything we needed. Our girls took advantage of one of the puzzles in the game/puzzle closet. One of our best VRBO homes we have stayed in and we travel quite often. We will definitely be visiting this home again.

Breathtaking views

My sister and I decided to escape from reality for a bit and did we luck out finding this oasis. The views from the many large windows look like you are viewing a perfect painting of a beautiful lake / mountains/ landscape. So enjoyed watching 2 baby fawns with a family of deer, and other wildlife just outside our windows. The beauty and scent of the fresh mountain air is just what we needed! Highly recommend! I definitely plan on bringing my 5 kids and husband back during ski season!

Perfect Getaway

I originally booked this trip for a friend's birthday as she had never visited CO before. The trip included four people which made it extremely affordable as we booked for a whole week. It was located right across the street from Lake Pagosa, and you have the best view from the dinning room. The top floor is a loft with a table and couch, we used this to do puzzles. The main floor had a living, kitchen, dinning, half bath, primary bedroom/bathroom, and a balcony with grill and table. The lower level had a secondary living, two bedrooms, full bathroom, and a patio with hot tub and Kayaks. We used the inflatable kayaks provided on Lake Pagosa one day; I was not sure we were allowed to do this until we got there. This house is also about 8 minutes from downtown Pagosa, 25 minutes from Treasure Falls, and about 1 hour from Piedra Falls. The only thing I would say is to bring some extra bath rags if you are one to want a new one everyday. Overall, it was a beautiful get away and I would go back in a heartbeat.
