Not so good
It was disappointing. Only one restaurant with a expansive buffet. No simpler and cheaper option for families with children. The rooms were not in the best condition. But the service was ok.

Acceptable
The hotel lobby was amazing but the room on the second floor wasent that special. It had a funky smell in the room. The receptionists were super friendly. The breakfast was a bit stressful with all the kids and a lot of the food was empty. It was easy to jump on the free of charge bus and go to Disneyland.

Stort hotell som ligger i närheten av Eurodisney. Stora utrymmen och stor matplats, som dock saknar charm. Frukosten var ok, underdimensionerat när det är mycket folk. Middagen var inte bra alls. Rummet behövde renoveras inom en snar framtid, inte ofräscht men väl använt. Bussarna till eurodisney var det mycket folk på men funkade bra. Förvänta er inget extra trots de fyra stjärnorna.

Il me semble que pour un 4 étoiles il pourrait me faire le parking est désormais payant pour les personnes n'ayant pas réservé sur leur site pour deux nuits nous avons dû payer 30 €. Au niveau de la piscine nous avons été surpris que les serviettes ne soient pas à disposition à l'entrée que les casiers ne fonctionnent pas côté homme, et la propreté des lieux laisse à désirer. Nous avons pris une chambre pour 4 personnes et nous nous fournit qu'une seule carte pour y accéder sachant qu'il faut se servir de la carte pour pouvoir accéder à chacun des vestiaires de la piscine et aussi pour pouvoir monter dans les ascenseurs. Au niveau de restauration le soir au restaurant la Rôtisserie nous avons pu constater que toutes les viandes étaient sèches le fait qu'elle soit présenté sur des plaques chauffantes ne favorise pas ce point-là. Après il n'y a rien à redire sur le personnel. Mais le ressenti global du séjour n'est pas fabuleux en vue du prix si jamais on devait retourner par là-bas et que nous décidons d'aller faire un tour au parc Disneyland nous irions dans un hôtel Disneyland au moins le parking est compris et le service au niveau de la piscine et quand même maintenant supérieur

This hotel is fine but not amazing. Carpets look dirty but everything else is clean. Breakfast is incredibly busy and the staff do what they can to keep it moving. Basic and somewhat dated rooms but ok

Pool ist verdreckt! Überall liegen Haare und stinkt nach Urlaub. Ein Zustand!!! Auf Zimmer die Dusche war kaputt das wir nicht anständig duschen konnten. Die Lobby, Restaurant und Spieleraum war sehr gut.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Large, clean, and helpful staff. We were there midweek in April and found the Disneyland park shuttle and breakfast to be a bit chaotic and crowded, so I can’t imagine what it is like during the high season, but overall I would stay here again if going to the park.

The room release broken not able to make calls for room service or the front desk, the bathtub was not adequate for 3 seniors to bath it was too high and unsafe especially when the shower door switch’s so the water coming out of the shower head spills to the floor and one can fall trying to get out of the tub that’s too high. Complaint was made to have our refund to move to another Disney property and Pamela and Emma in the front desk were not cooperative. No courtesy shuttle to the airport guest have to pay $24 euro per person it should be an amenity by Disney because taxi is an average of $105 each way into Paris every expensive. Breakfast is not really free when dinner price is $35 pp. at the end the breakfast is charge on the expensive dinner price. The lobby bar area to buy water bottles or soda close at 11pm. No ice casino ice buckets in the room and no soap!!!! No soap bar to wash your face etc. No extra towels even thou I asked the house keeping crew.

Lovely clean, convenient for DLP. Swimming pool is lovely although changing facilities limited. Hotel provides towels. Breakfast has a variety of offerings but gets quite busy. The buffet restaurant on an evening was excellent and good value compared to bar prices or Disney meals/buffets.

On arrival the hotel is great, lovely reception area and in the Summer i’m sure the outdoor pool area is great. However some not so great areas. The room temperature was so hot and even with the air con on it wasn’t so effective. The indoor pool was freezing cold so only used it once. The bar area is quite small, so each time we went down there was nowhere to sit as some groups had taken all chairs so just tables left. Breakfast was chaotic each morning. Food running out, used dishes piled high on used tables and staff having to move people between restaurants. Don’t know why they were not just cleaning away dirty plates to make new clear tables?! The worst thing was whoever was responsible for moving glasses/bottles from rooms. On arrival there was a vodka bottle (with vodka in on it) and used glasses/beer bottles in the corridor. Still there 3 days later after it was moved to end of corridor. This is glass and alcohol in a family hotel with kids coming up and down the corridor. The attention to detail on service leave a a lot to be desired which is a shame as the hotel is good value, close to Disney and is a nice one if it had better service.

The hotel was lovely and spacious rooms. It was clean. The reason i marked down a couple of stars were there wasnt much round the property (expected i guess) but i didnt think the food was great. Breakfast was good but we ate one night and it wasnt great. Limited options and also limited on room service. Would have been better if there was more choice. Thats me being picky and i would recommend the hotel to others and would stay again

The room was huge , lots of room. Cleaned daily . Breakfast was included in room rate a lovely extra . Tad hectic but enjoyable . We brought the buffet dinner , had heaps of variety . 7/10 Not far from Disney park , shuttle bus supplied free of charge . Local shopping centre not far from Disney park - train station. Fridge in room not great kinda pointless doesn’t keep things cold . No bags provided for rubbish . Felt dirty throwing things in bin with no liners . Great helpful staff :)

Fantastic place to stay not just for DLP. Rooms were clean, staff are helpful, smells clean and room was delightful. Shuttle was regular and food was expensive but tasty (the Caesar salad i recommend) realistically everything is at Disneyland Paris. Much more space for money, don’t hesitate to book.

Het inchecken verliep soepel en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was beperkt en wanneer je na 10:00 aankomt of een plek krijgt om te ontbijten zijn veel dingen op en worden niet meer aangevuld. Onze kamer is van de 4 nachten slechts 2x voorzien van nieuwe handdoeken, normaal niet erg maar wel als je er van uit gaat dat dit dagelijks gebeurt. Het parkeren is tegenwoordig betaald, helaas bij het uitrijden accepteerde de paal de creditcard en 2 types bankpasjes niet. Ook het contactloze betalen werkte niet. Gelukkig konden ze binnen wel afrekenen en een uitrijdkaart mee geven. Deze accommodatie gaan wij niet meer boeken.
