The Space:

As you enter the home you will find a storage closet directly ahead of the door offering a convenient space to unload your outdoor gear. On the ground level of the home you will find two comfortable bedrooms offering a quiet place to rest separate from the main living space. The first bedroom is a well-decorated and intimate space, with 3 windows filling the room with natural light. The bedroom includes a king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a cushioned bench, and a 5-drawer dresser. A spacious closet offers added storage space in the room so you can easily unpack your personal items. Adjacent to the first bedroom is the second bedroom, a spacious room with a king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a 5-drawer dresser, and a closet. A full bathroom is located across the hallway from the two bedrooms offering convenient access for the guests of the bedrooms. The bathroom features a modern single-sink vanity with storage space, and a stand-in shower with a sliding glass door. Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic.
Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.
