Welcome to our charming and conveniently located private apartment in the heart of University City, just steps away from Drexel and UPENN. This beautifully designed and spacious studio offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a warm, inviting space thoughtfully arranged to make you feel right at home. Whether you're here for work or leisure, our apartment provides a cozy atmosphere for a memorable stay.

The apartment is located in one of the most desirable areas University City. This area is surrounded by great eateries, lounges, restaurants and Drexel Campus, Upenn and CHOP medical hospital. This is a lovely tree lined street with a quaint but vibrant energy and environment.

Charming 2-bedroom apartment located in the heart of University City, ideal for students, travelers, remote workers, and healthcare professionals. Each bedroom offers full privacy with its own entryway.

Bedroom 1 features a cozy full-size bed with fresh linens, a wall-mounted TV for streaming, a comfortable blue chair and reading nook, and ample closet space with a dresser for extended stays.
Bedroom 2 includes a full-size bed, a dedicated work desk, generous closet space, and plenty of natural light.

Both rooms have individual AC/heating units with remote control for personalized comfort. The bathroom is fully stocked with a shower/tub combo, vanity, and toilet. A coin-operated washer and dryer are located in the basement and available 24/7.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, and full dishware and cookware, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Relax in the living room with comfy seating, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring or working. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area for four, which also doubles as a great spot to work from home if needed.

In this area, there is an abundance of public transportation options. The subway station is conveniently located on 30th St, and there are also bus stops nearby, some as close as just one block away. Additionally, you have the convenience of being able to use Uber and Lyft to travel anywhere from here.

Perfect for our hospital treatments

This place was ideal for us, as it was close to the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, where my wife was receiving daily treatments. This apartment is as depicted in the photos. There were nice touches with the towels and and sheets on the bed. All kitchen essential items were there including pots, pans, cookware and utensils, dish soap and sponge. Basics like sugar, tea, coffee, salt and pepper were provided to get started. The place was very clean and the beds are comfortable.The kitchen is small and it was a little inconvenient to have to reach across the stove to put dishes in the dish drainer. The ductless split heater/ac units took a bit of time to warm up the place on the coldest nights, but they worked. The water pressure and hot water is great. The WIFI worked well 90% of the time (a router upgrade might be needed).Overall, we recommend this place. It was perfect for our needs. There is free street parking in front of the building. We did pay for the space right at the back door to the apartment, which really was helpful in our situation. We enjoyed being able to walk to everything we needed in the neighborhood.
