Välutrustade hem i ett bra stadsdel. Detta hem är perfekt för en golfresa, snowbirds, titta på ditt favoritlag under vårens träningsåtgärder eller bara njut av vårt fantastiska väder. Även om nära till många attraktioner, flygplatser och motorvägar erbjuder hemmet en lugn miljö för dig att njuta av det soliga vädret. Hemmet har 3 bekväma sovrum, 2 badrum, nybyggt kök med helt nya skåp, bänkskivor och apparater, rymligt vardagsrum, täckt uteplats utrustad med gasgrill för alla dina grillbehov, privat garage med extra parkering på uppfarten, en slutna bakgård och klinkergolv för enkel rengöring. Vårt hem ligger 30 miles från Phoenix / Mesa Gateway flygplats och Phoenix internationella flygplats. Det har också lätt tillgång till motorvägar. Vårt hem har också en TV / DVD-spelare med plattskärms-TV, höghastighetsinternet med WiFi-åtkomst, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, en king size-säng i sovrummet, en queen size-säng i 2: a sovrummet, full säng i 3: e sovrummet och gott om garderob för en bekväm vistelse. Broschyrer av närliggande platser att besöka hålls i huset för vår gästs bekvämlighet. HOA erbjuder en gated community pool som ligger 2-3 kvarter (2-3 minuters gångavstånd) från vårt hem. (endast tillgänglig till och med april-oktober). Även om det inte uppvärmd, poolen erbjuder en lugn plats att lounge, läsa och njuta av den vackra Arizona vädret.

The property was great! We loved having a community pool to go to. The house was well-stocked. It was a very nice home to stay in and the atmosphere was cozy. I would rent again. It was also close to many restaurants and shopping.

We traveled to AZ to attend my daughter 's college graduation from ASU. This place was perfect for us with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It would have been nice if it had been a little closer to a campus, but Uber and Lyft rides were reasonably priced. We used the pool and It was clean and quiet. I've stayed at many VRBOs and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at all the kitchen supplies that were there, including detergent and fabric softener to do a load of laundry! It also came with more than enough towels which was much appreciated! I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in AZ!!

We stayed here as we were in town for a friend's Celebration of Life. The owners were very responsive prior to booking as well as when we had a question while we were there. The house is very clean and smelled amazing. Everything worked as it should. There were 3 bedrooms. We only used 2 of them. The master bedroom is larger and has its own bathroom. The other bathroom is between the other 2 bedrooms. Living room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Just to note the refrigerator is smaller so it probably won't hold as much as your refrigerator at home, however it worked fine for us for 4 days. My only suggestion would be more ice trays to make ice. The location is great. While in a quiet neighborhood it is near plenty of gas stations, restaurants, and Wal Mart. The pool is very close to this house although we did not end up using it due to other commitments. House is about 20 minutes or so from PHX airport. It was 98 and 99 degrees while we were there. A/C worked well :)

The only complaint; no wash cloths & only 2 hand towels. Had to go out buy these. Also no tissue boxes which would be nice to have in each bathroom. Overall, otherwise adequately furnished.

Our stay was fantastic. The house was well spaced out, giving the 3 of us plenty of privacy. The house was meticulously clean. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The house was close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Mesa.

I stayed at this outdated, musty filthy place. With terrible customer service. I reached out to the person of contact by text message with my concerns. The information sheet was provided to me by email and text message by the host. I sent a text message the person of contact on Thurday 14th, 2024. Which was my date of entry to this property. No reply! I then sent a message to the owner. He replied with this statement. "The cleaning team said everything is clean." I sent him the pictures I took. Then he accused me of taking the keys to this property. Sending me a threatening text talking about he had to get a locksmith to open the door. I'm so glad I took a picture and a video of me placing the keys in the lockbox upon my departure. However, if you look at the instructions sheet provided. It states nothing about placing the keys back in the lockbox. All the beds feel like concrete ona bed frame. Two of the beds are full size. One kings that also felt like a slab of concrete. No proper lighting in the smaller two bedrooms. No ceiling fans or lights in those small rooms. Only small kid like table lamps. The refrigerator is for a college kid. If you notice it not in the pictures posted. A property in this condition should not be on the any website I've also contacted Vrbo.

Lovely townhome. Lacking a little in basic supplies. I think most of what was there was left by previous renters. Bed was absolute Heaven! Very comfortable throughout with nice furniture. A/C and wifi worked great! I wish they accepted pets, cuz we usually travel with our dog and we would love to stay here again.

We chose this location because of how close it is to the Mesa convention center where we were attending/working an event. The house had plenty of room and felt very cozy. Bonus points for the size of the bathtubs and great water pressure. .

I don't have alot of experience with vacation rentals but I do gotta say that this house was perfect for our group. Everything worked, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the pool is just a short walk. My group stayed here twice in 2 months and if we go back to Mesa, we'll probably stay again. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with.
