The hotel was comfortable, clean, modern and situated very close to the city centre and all touristy things. However... Our room was only cleaned once during a 4 night stay... The breakfast was veeeeery expensive (170 euros per person per day) but there are nice cafes around. One should note that the street is kind of like a "red light district" street with brothels and sauna clubs. Didn't bother us too much except some music during nights.

Guests comments are the most important and valuable source of information helping us to maintain the high quality standards. I would like to clarify your comment about the price of the breakfast. The breakfast can be included in the rooms, when the breakfast is not included in the room rate and guest is buying the breakfast in the hotel the price is EUR 17.5 per person VAT included. When somebody is coming to the hotel just for the breakfast and is not a hotel guest the price is EUR 20 per person VAT included. The most reasonable way to have a breakfast in term of price is to make reservation with breakfast included in the room rate. I believe you enjoy the stay with us and looking forward to your next visit.

Surprisingly low standard for a four-star hotel
Central location and service minded staff (cheers to the breakfast staff who remembered my coffee order each morning.) But in ALL other aspects our experience was a disappointment and I’m surprised the hotel is marketed as a four star hotel. We stayed for four nights and our rooms were not cleaned once (despite stating daily cleaning on hotels.com), towels were not changed and the tiny soaps/shampoos were not resupplied, breakfast was basic/low quality foods and the “fitness center and spa” was basically a joke (tiny and worn out). Overall the hotel was outdated in regards to the interior.

Just perfect!
A very nice hotel at a good price. Nice personnel. Good breakfast. Not far from city center. It is on a "red district street" but it didn't create any problem or inconvenience.

Jättefint hotell. Väldigt centralt beläget. God frukostbuffé och trevlig personal. Det enda som gav smolk i bägaren var att det hördes dunk från musiken på strippklubben som låg bredvid under nätterna. Skulle om jag visste det ha bett om ett rum i andra änden av hotellet.

Hotellet hade bra location, gångavstånd till det mesta. Rummen hade dock väldigt dålig isolering då man hörde musik från nattklubbarna utanför.
