Perfekt hotell!
Vi hade fantastisk vistelse på The Westin Excelsior. Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt. Vi var nöjda med hotellets service och frukostbuffé. Dessutom blev vi överraskade av hotellet när dem uppgraderade vårt rum till ett större och finnare.

Inte ett 5-stjärnigt hotell!
Man fick inte alls känslan av att det var ett 5-stjärnigt hotell. De glömde städa vårt rum 2 dagar av 5, det fanns ett hål som inte var igenspacklat ovanför sängen och draperierna/gardinerna var malätna med stora hål i. Ingen hälsade när vi kom till hotellet och dörrmännen hjälpte varken till med bagage eller dörren. En stor besvikelse!

Trevligt hotell med mysig inomhuspool. Perfekt för småbarn. Bra service och mycket bra läge med gångavstånd till bland annat fontana di trevi. Stora och luftiga rum och mycket sköna sängar.

Usually great - but this time there was a hitch
We love staying here when we come to Rome. (A few times a year) The staff is excellent. The rooms are nice but it would be nice if they upgraded the TVs like they have in other Westin’s to be able to use TV Apps or casting (as the channel selections are few) My only big issue with our recent stay was getting our cat the morning we were to leave. We had a 9:30am international flight so we called at 5 til 6am for the cat to be brought around. We figured we would get to the airport by 6:30 giving us plenty of time to get through international customs. Well they couldn’t get the garage to bring our car and at about 6:40 the guy brought a car - but it wasn’t ours and they insisted it was! When we showed them our receipt they tried calling back to the garage over and over and the concierge ended having to physically walk to the garage and they finally brought our car around 7:15am. Needless to say this put a giant strain on us as we were traveling with our elderly parents, and had to get fuel, return our rental and go through customs. We barely made it! Westin Rome we love you but this was unacceptable and very disappointing!

Y para ser un hotel tan afamado no tiene room service 24 hrs!

It is a big and beautiful building. The lobby and bar area are well decorated, very classic furniture and decoration, it is quite roomy. The rooms and amenities, although comfortable, are outdated and need some major updating.

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary in Rome for a week. The location was ideal for walking to the Borghese Gardens and Spanish Steps. The staff is very friendly and the housekeeping staff is very attentive. The first room we had didn't neet our expectations but the front desk manager made it right the very next day. The porters are also very helpful. The area is clean and quiet at noght and sits directly across from the American Consulate and Embassy. There is security staff that also walks around the property as well. The restaurant staff at Doney could be a bit more friendly.

En la habitación no había café … cosa extraña que ningun otro hotel hace y no había costurero y los amenitis muy escasos en general para el nivel y precio de la habitación no coinciden No me gusto mi estancia

This is not a 5 star property. Dust and smells old. This was not worth 700 a night. Staff was not friendly. It was just another job
