Detta är ett tjusigt hotell när centralstationen. Min vistelse där blev ändå en besvikelse. Rummet hade sprickor i vägarna och på toaletten luktade det avlopp. Dessutom var rummet extremt stört av ljud från ett annat rum och av ljud från gatan. Till detta ska läggas att en person i personalen var extremt påträngande när jag handlade i baren och tjatade om att jag skulle lämna en viss summa i dricks.

Room is okej, clean, but there was a noise at mid night on my floor made me couldnt sleep. You should be aware of paying extra city when you check out, not inklusive when you book the room.It was expensive . I paid 12 € for 2 nights staying. Only good thing is location ,near Rome train station.

Va bara på Piram 1 natt så hann inte med så mycket mer än att basta och käka i restaurangen som va riktigt bra. Riktigt prisvärt!

Rummet var större än vi hade räknat med
Vi hade beställt transport från Roms flygplats (FCO), chauffören var där i tid och guidade oss genom Rom, mycket trevligt inslag under resans gång. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. God frukost och precis lagom storlek på buffén, enligt mitt tycke i alla fall. Rummet vi hade var tillräckligt stort för tre vuxna personer, det var t.o.m. större än vi hade räknat med. Ett sovrum och ett vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa, perfekt.

Stannade endast 1 natt före kryssning. Frukosten var helt fantastisk, mycket smakfullt och det fanns allt. Bar på taket med magisk utsikt. Personalen var mycket gästvänliga

Generellt bra men några saker störde: 1. Vi lämnade en dag just före frukost och skulle få en ”frukostpåse”. Visade sig vara lite frukt och en muffins???? Vi tog oss då in i matsalen och fixade mackor själva vilket innebar en hel del sura miner från personalen. 2. Turistskatt - varför är inte det med i priset vid bokning?

Centralt, italiensk frukost med mycket sött.
För första gången ej en galge i rummet. Kläderna i resväskan eller i byrå. Fanns en krok i badrummet. Intressant! Ätt komma ihåg, fyrstjärnigt betyder olika i olika länder.

At first glance, the hotel looks like a hidden gem . There’s a bar by the check in desk , they’re open well into the night. There’s two restaurants and a spa on property. The staff at check in are friendly and helpful. However. Once entering the room, it does not match the energy of the hotel at all. The walls need a major paint job. Scratches and dirt etc. the room itself is of decent size but feels a little empty . The double bed we slept on was actually two twin beds pushed together. Not too comfortable but works for a short stay. The shower/bathroom was pretty decent and clean. My only major complaint is that there is no A/C use allowed. It was mid April with temperatures climbing . Called the desk and they told me to open the windows and we’ll feel better. However, once the windows were open the noise of partying and loud screaming kept us awake for majority of the night. Between the beds and the noise, it was a pretty bad night of sleep. I did not try any amenities on property.

Overall nice. There was a really weird odor in the bathroom but we just shut the door. Had to open windows because the AC is not on at this time of year. Fortunately it was enough to be reasonably comfortable. Nice location and staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooftop bar is cool

Very mediocre and over priced. We felt it was more of a 3 star/ motel as compared to a 4 star. There were no amenities ( body lotion , shampoo etc ) and the floors were not moped once in our 4 day stay despite we pointing it out to the cleaners. The rooms were also in a bad condition and although advertised as good for families- it wasn’t explicitly stating pets allowed. This was a no for us. The rooms also lacked an iron and an iron stand and when requested a broken iron was given to us along with a wooden iron stand ( which was taken back by housekeeping the next day ). The mini bar was extremely noise. And yes, the walls between rooms are invisible - there was no noise barriers at all and we couldn’t sleep at all with neighbours constantly hitting against the walls. It felt quite cheap actually. On the positive, the reception staff was helpful and informative. Apart from the location, we didn’t have a good time. Also, there are better options around the same area. Overall felt we were scammed/ ripped off.

Das Hotel eignet sich perfekt für Erkundungen in Rom. Der Busbahnhof ist fünf Gehminuten, die nächste Metro drei Minuten entfernt. Das Hotel selbst ist einfach nur toll. Die Bar namens „Apotheke“ ist hervorragend sortiert und bietet neben Getränken auch eine kleine Speisekarte. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, nett und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist der Verkehrslärm ein Thema.

Hotel básico y cumple con lo necesario para su estancia, a 2 cuadras de la terminal de trenes, una excelente ubicación si van a salir en tren alguna otra ciudad. el metro y el bus están a 1 cuadra también, y tiene buenos restaurantes cerca donde comer. el elevador es muy antiguo pero bonito y las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño, la cama si no es muy bueno el colchón, pero para el costo cumple muy bien este hotel, si es recomendable si van a pasear en metro o caminando.

Nice hotel however extremely noisy at night
The hotel staff were great can’t fault them. The hotel also looks really nice. However it’s such an incredibly loud place to stay at night. Chairs moving, showers on you can hear it all. Then at around 7am the maids start and it feels like they are playing drums in your room. We did move to the other side of the hotel which we were grateful to the staff at the time for, however we had the exact same issue in that room and barely slept.

The hotel was 5 min walk from the train station. It was 20 mins walk to the main tourist sites. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the hot water shower was perfect. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I would defenitly stay there again the next time I find myself in transit for 24hrs.

The room was fine for our purpose, staying one night very close to the train station. The cost was reasonable for the room/location. The front desk team was very nice. The hotel was walkable to many restaurants and the room was clean. It actually had a lovely floor and high ceiling. The bed was ok. The bathroom floor was flooded after we showered, the shower doors were not secure enough to hold in water. Since we were leaving the flood was ok. Maybe the flood is what keeps the bathroom floors so clean :) Of note, there was soap provided but no shampoo or other products.

A night club inside the hotel
Please be aware there is a bar / night club inside the hotel, with "private parties" some nights. If you have a room on the 1st floor, you will not be able to sleep until the party ends. Also we had to be very insistent to get the staff agree to change rooms.
