Denna 600 kvadratmeter lÀgenhet Àr ansluten till huvudbyggnaden dÀr vÀrdarna bor och har egen ingÄng. InnehÄller ett vardagsrum och ett litet pentry tillsammans med sovrum och badkar. Levereras med handdukar och sÀngklÀder.
TrÄdlös tillgÄng och kabel-TV tillhandahÄlls. Pentry Àr endast lÀmplig för lÀtt matlagning (uppvÀrmning tar ut - morgonkaffe och te). Det finns en handfat, under disken kyl / frys combo och mikrovÄgsugn / konvektionsugn som fungerar mycket bra för enkel matlagning och uppvÀrmning. Kaffekanna och brödrost ingÄr. Alla porslin, krukor och redskap ingÄr. Gott om hyllutrymme. Kökshanddukar och sÀngklÀder tillhandahÄlls. Full storlek sovrum med king size-sÀng och TV med kabelanslutning och video / CD-spelare. quiet, private, near county park and hiking trails. While a couple of miles from downtown amenities, unit had everything that you would expect at home, just slightly smaller.

Comfortable, relaxing and inviting.

We enjoyed relaxing in the back yard. The host made us feel very welcome with quick assistance and left a lot of snacks and breakfast items for us to enjoy.

Cozy, comfortable, and clean

We loved staying at the Sleepy Hollow home. It was spacious enough for us to spread out but cozy enough for us to feel right at home. When my husband and I had Zoom meetings at the same time, we were able to be in separate rooms and undisturbed by the other. Amy and Edgar were friendly, communicative, available, and happy to help. I loved the attention to detail and the extra touches that just made our stay more enjoyable. From the huge king-size bed to the number of seating places and tables to the selection of breakfasts and coffees available to the lovely welcome basket of goodies upon our arrival. We would highly recommend this place to other couples.

Comfortable place

This unit is in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s quiet and just what we were looking for. The breakfast goodies and snack basket were an excellent plus. We were pleasantly surprised to see a coyote on the hill the first morning and deer in the driveway later.

Great location. Spacious accommodation. Because of where it is situated in the house, the rooms are rather dark. Fridge and toaster but no cooking surface. Friendly, helpful hosts.

Visit for Son graduation

We felt very lucky to find a place to stay within walking distance of our sons home in San Anselmo. The hosts were very easy to communicate and work with. The area that we stayed was clean, friendly quaint, and perfect for our three day stay. The host left breakfast goodies, snacks and fresh flowers on the tables. It was a wonderful place to rest at night, and we will certainly be back the next time we visit our son.

Great stay, very welcoming and hospitable hosts

Edgar and Amy are the nicest hosts, I appreciated the snacks they left out for me after my morning flight. They provided adequate privacy, were very kind and welcoming throughout my stay. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a short-term rental close to San Anselmo.

Wonderful week

This is a wonderful quaint property. Clean and private. Deer in the backyard to greet you in the morning. Manager Amy so wonderful to work with and so kind. Definately will stay again.

Charming peaceful and relaxing

Wonderful stay in Marin County. We had a very pleasing stay with Amy Jo and Edgar. The home is nicely appointed and the hosts provided lots of amenities that made our stay very convenient. The surrounding area is beautiful and we had deer surrounding the home on several evenings. Plenty to see and do around here also!

Quiet Refuge

Quiet, restful property which was just right size for two adults and our pup. In quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, groceries and a wonderful dog park. Very walkable, if you are fit enough to handle the hilly ups & downs of the road Clean, well furnished with amenities.

Sweet jewel in the hills of San Anselmo

I was back in San Francisco for a running event and stayed here for the weekend. The location was perfect for me. I could sit out back and listen to the birds and even saw a buck and female deer on the hill, one evening, at sunset! Very quiet and chill home away from home. It was a cozy, homey, place to arrive after a long journey. Every detail was considered from goodies to local area info and delivery if you desire. I spent one night just watching movies since I had to get up early. Communication was terrific and they were helpful with additional info I was seeking upon arriving about the town. Thank you for sharing your magical place with me!

Quaint and cute

The apartment is part of an old house (like most houses in San Anselmo) but it is very independent of the main house. We had our privacy, also a small yard to let de dogs do their business in the morning. Inside, it was clean and comfortable. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker(s), toster. No stove but we were warned about it. No A/C ( you rarely need it in Marin) but 2 fans. Nice bathroom and huge walk-in closet with lot of hangers (yeah). Good, comfortable king sized bed with lots of pillows. The owners were nice and cordial. They made themselves available any time. We were pleasantly surprised with goodies in the fridge fir breakfast and other snacks. Everything reflected very well on the pride and care that the owner put in this place. We will come back and we will recommend it to our friends. Excellent value for the price.
