"Good hotel in general but had some few issues in my room, I was missing some products in bathroom water got stuck in shower."

"Family with young baby. Vera good location and easy to access to both a small park and mall just next to the hotel. Stayed with river view, very scenery. Best hotel breakfast so far travelling around China. What I like most with the hotel is how service minded it is. They were all very helpful. They helped me order food via WeChat and when I asked for a later check-out they gave me that. The lobby is beautiful and good space just for a walk inside. Gym with a good river view, the swimming pool looked very nice. I would definitely go back."

"An ok place but not as premium as one expects from 5-star hotels in China. Service & class off restaurant staff is relatively low as well as the overall flow and feel of the reception area. Room is ok but nothing special."

"Nice hotel close to communications. Metro station right outside the side door. Park for walking right across the street. Breakfast same each day and no variations, but what was served was good. Could use a second person to serve omelettes when hotel is booked with many guests."
