En härlig pärla i Selma till närhet till det mesta
Vi har bott här ett flertal gånger och alltid lika nöjda. Denna gången ville vi byta rum och fick ett kanon fint rum med utsikt över Valetta som vi önskade till en överkomlig summa till uppgradering.

Great hotel with great standard. Didn’t get the Hotels.com gold upgrade though, even though there was availability throughout our stay. Guess they were saving it for someone/something..

Family stay
We had a very nice stay at The Palace for 4 nights. The family room was 40 m2 and the bed must have been 2,40 m wide and very comfortable. The service was brilliant and the staff is helpful and friendly. The indoor pool was ok, when the guests is returning to normal, they should our Somme effort in updating the pool. It was pretty moldy on the sides and the place feels a bit ran down. The room was lacking some features you could expect a five star hotel to have (wine opener, tops, refilling of water bottles etc). The breakfast was ok. The bread was a bit dry, no fresh orange juice, the fresh section with ham/ cheese was also a bit dry and boring. Covid might affect the quality and quantity of dishes. Service was very nice.

mycket trevlig hotell med utmärkt personal. Den enda negativa upplevelen var att luftkonditioneringen inte fungerade. Satt den på 18 grader men det blev bara varmare och varmare när den gick.

Excellent
We got the opposite of what we requested and got confirmation of. We wanted two separate beds and no babycot. Our room had a dubble bed and a babycot. The staff in the reception was nice and we changed rooms. The rest of our stay was perfect. Good beds, nice view over the sea, brilliant breakfast, clean quiet room. The breakfast had a lot to choose from and was fresh. The indoor pool area was nice and had one steam sauna and one regular sauna. The temperaturen of the pool was good, not too cold. Staff very friendly.

Inte så lyxigt som man vill ge sken av
The Palace är ett fullt godkänt fyrstjärnigt hotell, men definitivt inget femstjärnigt! Vi hade ett superior rum som kändes stort och luftigt, men badrummet kändes väldigt simpelt för att vara ett femstjärnigt hotell. Och så ser man lite småskavanker här och var. Anmälda fel åtgärdades inte. Städningen på rummet var så där. Personalen, speciellt de i receptionen, är inte speciellt vänliga eller tillmötesgående. Läget är mycket bra; det tar bara 5 minuter till färjan som går till Valetta. Takterrassen med tillhörande pool är bra planerad. och där var det rent och fräscht. Lätt att få tag i en solstol och ett badlakan som går att byta under dagen. Poolbaren och matserveringen var helt ok, men det tar lång tid innan maten kommer och dyrt är det också. Frukosten imponerade inte. Basic.

Mycket bra vistelse från början till slut. Allt fanns så att säga. Trevligt gym, fina pooler och bra till mycket bra restauranter. AC i hela hotellet vilket var helt nödvändigt. Läget väldigt bra som utgångspunkt för besök över hela Malta.

Bra centralt hotell med pool på taket. Fina rum och bra frukost. Gångavstånd till att bada i havet på flera ställen. Det finns inga stränder utan man badar från stegar eller hoppar från klippor.

A great place
Perfect location and nice, big rooms. Good service and a great pool on the roof. Breakfast okey,but the omelettes could be better. Maybe a new receipe for them? Good with fresh fruits. Nice gym and we are very happy with our stay!

Möta våren på Malta.
Frukosten var toppen, saknade inget. Sängarna var stora och sköna och allt var rent och fint. Hade det mycket bra på detta hotell.

Bra service och fina rum
Vi fick ett rum som var mindre bra men efter att ha ringt och berättat om problemen fick vi ett rum över förväntan som kompensation. Servicen är bra och det var också nära till restauranger omkring och färjan. Maten på hotellets restaurang var även där fantastiskt och rekommenderas varmt på botten våning och högst upp på rooftop med asiatiska smaker.

Bra läge
Ett bra hotell men är inte värd sin 5:e stjärna. Ligger nära bussar och restauranger i Sliema. Bekväma sängar men frukosten var inte imponerande. Vi bodde en hel vecka och det fanns ingen variation. Kaffet var automatkaffe som ej smakade bra. Hade man tur kunde man få kaffe från baren beroende på vem som jobbade. På taket fanns en bra pool med trevlig personal och mycket vacker utsikt.

Bra men bara 4 stjärnor
Bra hotell med god frukost och fina pooler,spa och gym. Tycker dock att finishen på rummen och städningen kunde vara bättre. Borde nog vara 4 stjärnor och inte 5.

Overall good but bathrooms in need of upgrade
Excellent pool, restaurants and gym.bathroom needs improvement/redoing if it should be a 5 star experience.

Fint hotell med bra läge
Fint hotell med bra läge, nära till både Valetta och St Julians. Hotellet hade en superfin takpool, trevlig personal, stora rum. Jag rekommenderar att be om balkong mot havet!
