In the corona times it was quiet. I got a room upgrade and a free drink in the bar, I think because I'm a gold member here at hotels.com. The room had a coffee machine and a kettle, which I made use of. The room was generally comfortable. Overall the hotel corresponds to its four stars.
There room had a minibar, which I made use of, with drinks but no glasses. There were two paper cups for tea and coffee, but I don't call them proper glasses. Some drinks were in the fridge but the fridge was off (because the hotel was mostly empty it's right to switch off all the appliances, but a small professional touch would have been to have the drinks chilled before the guest arrives).
