Morning sunrise over the beach and evening sunset over the bay!! These two views are yours to enjoy while being our guest at our beach front home located in sunny South Padre Island. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor of the pristine ocean front tower named Ocean Vista Tower. Let the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico greet you as you open the door to our condo. Relax and admire the wall to wall ocean views from the open concept living room or from the king size bed in the master bedroom. Enjoy the ocean breeze and the soothing sounds of ocean waves from the private ocean front 12 foot balcony. Relax in our newly remodeled condo featuring a modern beach chic style. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed and a flat screen television. Enjoy an attached private master bathroom suite. . The second bedroom has two queen size beds, a flat screen tv and bookcase with kids games.The second bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom. Our condo features a spacious and fully supplied kitchen with stainless steal appliances, quartz counter tops, and pantry loaded with kitchen essentials. We also have a full-size washer and dryer and flat screen television in the living room. Numerous in room amenities are included such as free wireless internet and cable tv. Included property amenities include a hot tub, 2 pools, boardwalk to the beach, exercise room, palapa area, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball ring and gated private parking have been provided for your enjoyment.

Very bad experience to share. My mom got locked out in the guest bathroom for 45 minutes and we were desperately trying to get help. The front desk staff told us to call the booking guy directly instead of helping us. When I called him he was very rude and asking for pictures and proof first instead of helping us. After heated argument he send someone to get her out and they told him to change the damaged lock. Also the condition of the property is poor and noticed lack of maintenance by the management. He also told me to “do whatever you want “. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

The condo was beautiful and the view was perfect! Beds were comfy. Only negative is the building seems old, lots of cracks in the ceiling and walls. The sink in the kitchen only had hot water no cold. It was great having beach equipment but the wagon doesn’t work, the wheels wouldn’t spin. Would come back

Great quiet condo perfect for families. We were here during Spring Break and had no issues with noise. It was exactly as pictured in the photographs. Beautiful view and just steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay
the location and the communication was fantastic!!! This condo was so well stocked, it had everything we needed in the kitchen and had nice plush towels in the bathroom. They even had a wagon full beach chairs, toys, umbrellas etc.and a solid ramp out to the beach. I can’t say enough nice things about this place! The entire complex was well taken care of and clean and tidy!

This property was exceptional and was accurately represented on the website. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the owner was very responsive. This beautiful condo is super close to the beach making it easy to make trips back and forth throughout the day. Shopping and amenities within walking distance so we were able to park the truck on arrival and didn't move it again until we departed. Highly recommend this property.

As soon as ypu open the door, you see the moat beautiful site. It was such a great experience. It was easy, everything was there for you to cook or to play. It was very easy. And everyone was so nice and helpful. Definitely recommended and going to book in the future again. Thanks for a great stay. Family time was much needed. Thank you.

This condo had everything we needed, and even more amenities than are listed! The close access to the beach was amazing for early morning walks, running back in for food, snacks, or nap time. This property had everything from beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, and toys..so no need to pack your own. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

We loved the location of the condo. It was so easy to walk across the island to the bay to watch the gorgeous sunsets and there are so many places to have a drink or dinner in between. We enjoyed walking the beach to the jettie and visiting the dunes and Space X launch area by car. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. It was so nice having beach towels and chairs provided. It was just as described and we would definitely book it again.

This was the best experience we’ve had staying at a condo and we’ve stayed at many! This is the first one we would love to stay at again! It was a convenient short walk to the beach, the pool and hot tub were clean and easily accessible, and the room had everything we could possibly need for the beach. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. The appliances were high-end and in great condition including a 4-slot toaster and both a Kuerig and a drip coffee maker. It was super convenient to have a washer and dryer available. The walk in shower in the master bath was fabulous! The bed in the master was confortable with plenty of comfy pillows. There was access to the balcony via the master bedroom and the living room and it was such a gorgeous view of the beach. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside, relaxing and listening to the waves. We enjoyed every minute! I hope we can go back again soon!

This condo unit was great for a quick getaway for my friend and me. It was clean, nicely appointed, quiet. The grounds and pool were well maintained and beach access was so easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo on the beach. The views from the balcony are great. Easy access to the beach via boardwalk. The beach is kept clean daily. I will say we learned real fast that we were not allowed to have chairs on the beach until after 9 am. they did allow us to keep them up that one morning since we were sitting in them at the time beach patrol came by. We never saw any signs on this, it was what beach patrol told us. Had we been walking when they came by, we would have lost our chairs. They would have picked them up and discarded them. The unit is as described on the listing. The bed was comfortable and the complex was quite during our stay. The beach accessories on the balcony were there. We didn't use them due to having our own. The complex is kept tidy and clean by the on site staff. It was also nice to have the security gates, not that the area was bad, but just not having any worries about our car. There is also a tennis court on site. The unit does have tennis rackets and ball. I expect the owners of the complex to be updating to pickle ball in the near future, just to keep up with the times. But if you are still into tennis, your set up. Oh and there was a basketball goal on the tennis court as well. The pools were clean, there was a kiddie pool, an adult pool and hot tub. I noted they were cleaned every morning by the staff.

We enjoyed the setting right on the beach and the condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The teens in our group loved the pool and hot tub and the close accessibility to little shops and cafes. The condo has folding chairs, beach toys and beach umbrellas, so we actually didn't need to bring our own. We enjoyed our stay!
