Om du letar efter en avkopplande familjesemester i Surfside Beach, SC, känd som "Family Beach", är vårt strandhus det perfekta valet. Se havet från vår balkong och sovrummet med sovrum. Njut av ditt kaffe medan solen stiger över havet innan du börjar dagen. Stranden ligger bara 130 steg bort. Vårt strandhus är tredje raden och bara ett och ett halvt kvarter från Surfside Beach Pier. Det är på gångavstånd till restauranger, barer och en souvenirbutik. Bara ett par kvarter bort kan du också hitta en plats att parasla och ta en bananbåttur. Vi renoverade detta underbara hus våren 2017. Renoveringar inkluderar ett helt nytt kök, nytt golv i mycket av hemmet och många nya möbler. Under 2018 installerade vi en ny uteplats nära poolen och utökade uppfarten till att inkludera ytterligare två parkeringsplatser. Detta strandhus har en vacker privat 12'x18 "mark i poolen för din nöje. Vattennivån är 3 fot i den grunda änden och sluttar till 5 fot i den djupa änden. NYTT INSTALLERAT för 2019, vår pool är nu uppvärmd för ditt bad / vårhöstnöje!

Vårt välutrustade hem inkluderar en ny 55 "HD Smart TV inklusive Netflix med Blu Ray DVD i vardagsrummet, platt-TV med Blu Ray smarta DVD-spelare i varje sovrum. Vardagsrummet har en X-Box för din underhållning. I nöjescentret hittar du böcker, spelkort och andra spel. * Gratis höghastighetsinternet ingår.

Sovrum / badrumslayout är som följer: På första våningen finns det två sovrum med en dubbelsäng i vardera. Dessa två sovrum delar ett badrum med handikapprum. På andra våningen har det bakre sovrummet två queen size-sängar med komplett badrum. Det mellersta sovrummet har två enkelsängar med badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med badrum med duschkabin. Alla badrum har en hårtork för din bekvämlighet.

We had an amazing time at Jenny’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful, updated and inviting, with a beach view. The pool was a total plus for our family gathering. Jenny was easy to work with, responded quickly, and allowed us to check in early. If you are looking for a beautiful, large open concept home for your next family gathering close to restaurants and the beach, this is the place for you! 10/10 recommend!

Family Tides was the ideal vacation home for our extended family! The layout worked great for three generations (grandma, siblings w/ spouses, and our five 20-something kids). Appreciated the very well-stocked kitchen and extra amenities including use of beach chairs, cart and umbrella. The pool and two porches were lovely with tons of seating options. Super quick walk to the beach. Also very close walking distance to the pier and restaurants/bars. We enjoying longer morning walks up to Benjamin's for coffee and bagels. The general town vibe on the 4th was celebratory and family-oriented. Jenny was great to communicate with too!!

Family Tides was as pictured, beautiful, clean and great location. We had 6 adults and 5 children ranging from 6 years to 11 months and the house and pool were amazing. The host, Jenny, was great to work with. Our family said they wanted to come back again! Thanks for a wonderful time!!

Stayed at this excellent place and had a fantastic experience. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and felt very safe. The weather was perfect, adding to the enjoyment of the stay. The host was also very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Repeat customer and find this place has it all. The house accommodates all of us with ease and comfort. The location is second to none with all that is offered in the area. Just blocks from the beach, walk to stores and restaurants, as well as a municipal park blocks away with playground, pickleball and tennis courts. The real bonus is the heated inground pool.

The property was amazing!! Very very well equipped and the best pool area we’ve ever had in 20+ years of staying in Myrtle Beach. Jennifer was wonderful through it all, and we also got to check in an hour early!!

Family of 6 enjoyed the beautiful home less than 200 steps from the beach (yes...my daughter counted). Well decorated and stocked with everything to make for a great week. The private pool was enjoyed by all as was the large deck on the main level for evening gatherings and chit chat. Walking distance to many restaurants and even a late night ice cream cone. And when you had enough of that the beds were very comfy to end the day. I would definately recommend to anyone looking to visit Surfside Beach.

We have stayed at this property the past several years! There is no need to look for any other property to spend our family vacation. Jennifer the owner is wonderful! From the initial booking to check in she has stayed in contact and made sure to let us know if needed she is always available during our stay with any questions. The house is maintained very well, clean and in an awesome location. The pool is nice size and great to have after a day at the beach just to lay on a raft and relax! We look forward to this vacation as a family every year and have complete confidence in the place we are staying at. Kitchen is nicely stocked! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms for the 8 of us. If your looking at this review, don’t hesitate to book the house you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Jennifer for allowing us another year in your home for our family vacation, we love ot there and look forward to seeing you summer of 2024!

This house was in a fantastic neighborhood very quiet but close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was a great size for kids. We had nine in our party and had plenty of space. Our host was available if we needed anything. This is a great choice for a relaxing vacation.

An absolutely fabulous home! Nicely appointed, well stocked, and clean! Ocean view, lovely pool, quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Jennifer is an amazing host. Property was fantastic and just as advertised. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier due to just needing the code for the door. Not having to keep up with a key was one less worry as well. Our group was two families of four and we had plenty of room to dine together or spread out when the kids wanted to separate. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was well stocked with us having to buy nothing other than charcoal for the grill. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas but those weren’t needed due to the owner having a storage bin in the garage with plenty of chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and even a bike that one of the kids took for a ride one evening. The owner was extremely responsive to the one minor issue we did have with the garbage disposal not only responding quickly but having someone out the next day to fix it. Five stars for both the owner and the property. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd year of renting this home for our family vacation. The house is very nice and well kept! The pool is nice size and well kept as well. The owner Jennifer is always available with any questions that may arise. We look forward to rent this house next year for our family vacation. Prior to last year, we have rented many homes in Surfside but we found this gem and look forward to many years of family vacation at this house.

We just spent our Fourth of July week at Family Tides, and could not have hoped for a better stay. Our family group of nine thoroughly enjoyed our time in the house, at the beach and by the pool. The accommodations were excellent, and Jennie, our host, was particularly helpful. After the deluge on July 4th flooded the pool, she personally came over to help restore it to working condition, and we never missed a beat during the rest of the week. I would unhesitatingly recommend this property for its convenient location, quality of the premises and ease of use from booking to end-of-stay.

This property is in a perfect location, super close to beach, the area was not crowded, but still a close drive to many places if you choose to adventure out as well. All of our adult children decided within the first day that they would like to return here for our future family vacations.
