Summary:
This condo is located in Surfside Beach just 1.5 miles to the closest beach access. This serene condo includes a full eat in kitchen and comfortable living room to relax and enjoy family time.

The Space:
Enjoy the fully stocked eat-in kitchen and comfortable living room making this the perfect place to stay while experiencing all the South Strand has to offer. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, 40" flat screen tv w/premium cable, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two comfortable double beds with a separate shower room and vanity/toilet room so 2 family members can get ready at the same time. Book your family's next getaway with us!

Free Parking is available on premises.

The Neighborhood:
Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some of our favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. There are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can stroll the night away with the whole family. Don't forget to check out our Guidebook on Airbnb!!

Getting Around:
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, but a car is Recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.

Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25.

Other Things to Note:
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!

My family enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything we needed, the check in and check out process was easy, and the communication was great.

Overall it was a nice stay. Neighbors upstairs could have been a little more quiet, but other than that it was nice. Needs a little renovation (floor was loose and bubbled in a few places). Some of the light switches didn’t operate anything and the washer connections were backwards (cold was hot and hot was cold). Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all of the cookware and utensils we needed. Location was kind of difficult (secluded in a neighborhood off the main road. Traffic was kind of hard to deal with at times. However, the apartment was just what we needed and served its purpose for the week. Would stay here again.

Everything was great, a few of the dishes still had food on them from the dishwasher. The bedroom floor needed mopping, when we walked on it without shoes our feet were dirty

The property was very nice and spacious. We enjoyed our week being able to go to the beach. It was wonderful and made memories that will last a lifetime.

The duck pound and geese were very cool to wake up to. If you walk off the back stoop and stand next to the water tons of turtles will come up expecting a treat (please don’t feed the ducks, geese, or turtles bread! It’s bad for them!) The place was spacious though I thought the room with two beds had Wa’keen’s not doubles but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall I would highly recommend and we enjoyed staying here.

My brother in law and I needed a place to stay while I was competing in the CPGA section tournament. Unit more than satisfied our needs and was conveniently located to the course and nearby restaurants. Will highly recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying there again in the future.
