This luxurious estate, set on over 5 acres above the Glen Oak Hills community, offers unmatched views from every angle, with spectacular sunsets over Lake Skinner and vineyards stretching below. Ideal for extended stays, this spacious, fully furnished villa provides the ultimate blend of comfort and sophistication.

Enter through the grand foyer into a sweeping open-concept family room, gourmet kitchen, and dining area designed for relaxation and entertaining. Flowing from the main living space, an enclosed sunroom—tinted for comfort—guides you to the expansive backyard, truly an entertainer’s paradise. Here, you’ll find a newer pool, a grand covered BBQ island, plenty of seating, games, and a cozy gas fire pit. After the sunset, gaze at the stars from the beautiful outdoor lounge area.

All outdoor amenities are fully functional for your use, including the BBQ and round fire pit. These propane-powered amenities are connected to the main house propane system and do not require individual tanks. The hot tub by the pool is operational.

POOL & SPA HEATING AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE , and we offer remote access for guests to control the pool’s heating settings. Guests are responsible for covering propane usage fees related to heating the pool. Tampering with devices will result in a fine of $500. Please note that fireplaces on the property are NOT available for use.

Standalone Hot Tub near pool is available or use with no additional fee.

Rates for Pool Heating:
Winter (November - March): $195/night + tax + fees
Spring (April - June): $150/night + tax + fees
Fall (October): $175/night + tax + fees
Summer (July - September): $125/night + tax + fees

POOL HEATING: CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE as of 7/13/25
Pool heating is available for the entire duration of your stay and cannot be turned on for individual days.
Advance notice of 48 hours is required, as it takes approximately 24 hours to reach the desired temperature.
The additional fee must be paid in advance.
Spa heating is included at no additional cost when opting for pool heating.
Spa Heat for Pool Spa is $100 per day for up to 4 hours.

Stand Alone Hot Tub Usage Policy:
There is no maximum usage and no additional charge for using the standalone hot tub.
The default temperature is set to 80°F when unoccupied.
For guests, the temperature will be set to 100°F, and can adjust it up to 104°F if desired.
Important Note: Please keep the lid closed when the hot tub is not in use to maintain heat efficiency and water quality.

Please note that Villa San Souci is located off of a bumpy, DIRT road for .2 miles to the driveway.

The kitchen sink is equipped with a filtered water faucet for your convenience.

Trash bins are located at the bottom of the very long driveway. We ask that you drop off the trash on your way out.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory fire evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.
