The large open plan living/dining room includes a large modular chaise lounge, 75-inch Smart TV, electric fireplace and a dining suite to seat ten. There is a large modern kitchen with ample bench space, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooking, walk in pantry, microwave, coffee machine, Puratap and more. Breakfast bar to seat four.
Sit on the large balcony and enjoy the afternoon sea breeze whilst cooking a BBQ on the gas powered Webber Q, and listen out for the toot, toot of the iconic Cockle train as it slowly passes by.

Bedroom one is enormous and includes a queen bed, Smart 40-inch TV, walk in robe and has a ceiling fan. The ensuite feels luxurious with a large walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.

Downstairs
At the rear of the home is a large family room and kitchenette which has a microwave, bar fridge, kettle and sink. This area is ideal for a kids retreat with 75-inch smart TV and access to the fully enclosed back yard with external games room. This newly built home has four large bedrooms downstairs. There are two with queen beds and built in robes and two with two sets of king single bunk beds in each.
