Absolutely perfect!

We've stayed in the area a few times before but this was our first here at the Fairway Villas. This property was beautiful, well equipped and very spacious. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. The property was well maintained and checking in was a breeze. It's perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the beach and other hotels. We highly recommend!

Wonderful 2 week family vacation in a wonderful condo

We have stayed several times in condos at Waikoloa Beach Resort. Fairway Villas have always been one of our favourite and this condo was especially nice. It is well taken care off, managed by a fantastic company, is beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and we found everything we need to cook with. A bonus was that we were greeted with a nice assortment of treats and snacks, a perfect sweet pineapple and coffee to start our perfect holiday. Thank you! We were happy to find 4 chairs. We could have used another chair for our family of 5 but 4 were better then none. We would definitely recommend this condo. We loved it and would come back anytime. Mahalo and Aloha

Fantastic Condo

The property was perfect, everthing was as described, in the unit, and the grounds were beautiful. After mistakenly locking ourselves out of the unit, the on site assistant manager, Ted, did all he could do to help us contact the property manager and get us into the unit. Great stay and great people to deal with.

Gorgeous Property!!

This was my family’s third time back to the Big Island and this was by far the nicest property we have stayed in. Unit was beautifully appointed and decorated and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Plenty of beach toys at our disposal and even coffee there for us to enjoy! Location is wonderful as it was so close to our favorite beaches. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to the island!

Wunderschöne Ferienunterkunft

Unsere Unterkunft lag direkt in der NĂ€he von Pool und Golfplatz und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer waren gerĂ€umig und boten genĂŒgend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage war nicht tragisch, da die NĂ€chte angenehm kĂŒhl waren. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr gut, mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Möglichkeiten fĂŒr's Dinner.

Beautiful Unit

This property more than met our expectations. We had not been to this part of the island of Hawaii, but friends had recommended it. Wonderful spot and this unit in the Fairway Villas is truly a gem. So close to the pool, barbecue area and work out room. Our family could not have been more pleased. We will definitely try to stay here on our next trip to Hawaii and will highly recommend it to our friends. Truly a great, great experience.

Nice property, good amenities and great location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property had a great layout, was set up really well, lots of great amenities and a great location. Had a minor issue with the oven that was broken before our arrival, but was looked at upon a quick call to the maintenance folks. Overall very happy with our stay and look forward to coming back.

Great location

It was a great place for a family, close to the pool, easy walking to the shops. When there was a problem with the air conditioning management replyed promptly and it was fixed the next day. Best place we have stayed in and would definitely come back

AMAZING UNIT & PROPERTY

Stayed 4th of July 2019 weekend thurs thru sunday it was Amazing! could see fireworks display clearly & closely right from our back patio/yard, Unit is huge & was super clean, and like literally next to the pool, BBQ area & excercise room, parking stall located right there, highly reccommended to others, management was nice & helpful. The only downfall to us is the parking they allow holiday times 1 stall that comes with unit, non holiday times they allow 2 at the most then they tell you have to park in queens or kings shops taking a chance your car being towed for us we travel as a family so we have at least 3 maybe 4 sometimes vehicles travling with us so that doesn't work but overall we give it a 10+ and would stay again if traveling with 2 vehicles at non holiday times M-W Ohana from Hilo, Hawaii

A great place to stay in Hawaii

The unit was clean and beautifully furnished. Everything was as it was described in the on-line promotional material. Having a corner/end unit was a definite plus. Quiet. Never heard anything from those in the neighboring unit. Well stocked with cooking utensils for the kitchen and toys for the beach. Great location. Easy access to the pool, the bbqs, the exercise room, the beaches, the stores, the restaurants. Would definitely rent this unit if we ever return to the Big Island. One teensy quibble: It would have been nice to have had more than 2 keys. It was difficult to coordinate key usage among six adults, each of whom often had different itineraries. A bigger quibble: Not well stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage sacks, etc.

The property was very comfortable and even more spacious than the photos!

The property was well stocked - we had everything we needed. The property is right next to the pool and on the 4 th hole of the beach golf course. Beautiful setting and very comfortable for 3 couples. 5 minute walk to the “kings shops” and the “queens shops”. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. The only thing we could suggest is maybe a radio for music. We had our own so it was ok but if you didn’t it would be nice to have some. We went golfing at the kings course and it was great.

Beautiful home in perfect location - equipped with everything a traveller requires

We absolutely loved the townhouse, it is very comfortable, beautifully maintained and had everything needed for a wonderful vacation. We were 3 couples, everyone had all the privacy needed. The location next to the pool was an added bonus and it is only a few minutes walk to the shops. Perfect in every way.

Amazing!

Awesome condo! Right next to the pool and spa. It overlooks the lake on the golf course. The AC is great and the beds are super comfortable. The rooms are bright so bring an eye cover if you're sensitive to light. Crouches are comfy for lounging around however we rarely did that. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner! Storage room has beach gear and ice chest!
