Close to St George and Zion, Views!Heated Pool

Welcome to Zion Family Getaway. This luxury townhome sits in a prime location to all the many opportunities Southern Utah has to offer in this 4bedroom, 4.5 bathrooms (2 king suites) . Bring the kids, parents or maybe the in-laws too. You will have plenty of room in this fun, family-friendly, spacious condo with two living room spaces and many outdoor living areas. You can also enjoy the community year-round pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, or relax on one of balconies by the fire table.

We are located in the Center of Town Center right across from the pool, hot tub, and pickle ball courts. We are also located close to the interstate which makes it convienent to head to any of the national parks or in to St George.
Other things to note
This townhome has access to Zion National Park (40 min), SandHollow (10 min), Quail Creek (10 min), St George (15 min), Snow Canyon
(30 min), Cedar Breaks (1 hr), Bryce Canyon (2 hrs), Grand Staircase Escalante (2.5 hrs). Enjoy the Southern Utah mountain biking in which you can leave right from the front door if you want. There are so many trails at your fingertips such as J.E.M., Prospector Church Rocks, Gooseberry Mesa, Little creek Mountain, and more. Responsive host, made a big difference

Our stay had a major hiccup on the first night with the AC, which caused concern, especially as we were traveling with pets and children. However, the owner or property manager was very responsive from the moment we reached out and was able to arrange assistance the following morning. This helped resolve the situation by the second night and made the remainder of our trip more enjoyable.The property itself was just as described, actually a bit more spacious than I expected.

A perfect St. George Chrustmas

Such a great property. Excellent location. Loved the pool and pickleball. Everyone had a bathroom. Had a great dinner at the Koral Kafe. The kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed the ping pong table too. Highly recommend.

What a great place. Clean, spacious and conveniently located. The community pool and hot tub are well maintained. The kids had plenty of room, the house was comfortable (beds and furniture) and well equipped (kitchen and activities). Thanks!

Perfect spot for a family trip

Conveniently located. Property was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. A little loud (neighbors and the freeway) but earplugs helped!!

May be okay for most

Overall the stay was okay but I think the owner should make some changes. Bedrooms have no draws, we had to live out of our suit cases. Kitchen utensils are super cheap, including cheap not so great coffee maker and blender that leaked. Couch seems very worn and it would be nice to see it replaced or maybe cleaned. Also 2nd master suite isn’t really a master suite it’s just a king bed in a normal room with a normal tub shower. Think accuracy of advertisement could be improved as it’s talked up way more than it is.

Setup for large family

Living room sectional was large with lots of seating space for family to visit. Table was long which provided plenty of room for meals and games. Appreciated the pack and play and high chair for the baby. Very clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable place near Zion

Stayed here with my wife, 2 kids and 2 dogs. Very comfortable space with tons of amenities. Community pool and hot tub, ping pong and pickle ball. About 45 min to Zion. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Will definitely be back again!!

Gorgeous property close to Zion National Park

This property was perfect for my weekend getaway. It is ideally located close to Zions national park, Quail Creek, Sand Hollow, and St George. The condo is close to Walmart & restaurants. There are so many hiking/biking trails close by. The property was meticulously clean. The kitchen was well- stocked with small appliances, pots and pans, an outdoor grill and everything I needed to cook with. There were plenty of pool towels, pickle ball gear & even a ping pong table. Lacey, The property manager was great to work with. It was an easy check-in and check-out process. I will be back to visit this property.
