"Old and tired hotel, in need of refurbishment. No shuttle from the airport, which makes the transport complicated... 1.5 km from the nearest bus station (by night, the path it seems being in the middle of nowhere) and 700 m from the train station. The shuttle dissapeared during the pandemic and the hotel never bothered to reintroduce it. An Uber/ Bolt from the airport cost 20 - 25 euros. The 4 stars are 3 and look like 2. The TV in the room has only a few channels available, a menu that will take you a while to understand and it takes its time to respond to the commands... if it ever responds. If you have a car, they will charge you 18 euros/ day. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and good breakfast."

"The hotel is as great as it looks. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, the service is great and the little extras make your stay just that much more comfortable (ice bucket, breakfast in the room). No noise complaints at all, I don't think I heard anyone from our room. Will definitely come back or try another one of their locations!"

"Detta var ett väldigt trevligt hotel. Ligger bra till. Nära till allt. Lätt atr checka in och boka. Mycket trevligt rum och vi valde ett rum med utsikt vilket jag absolut inte ångrar. Rummet var rent och modernt. Gigantisk säng som var mycket bekväm med bra kuddar. Om vi valde bort städningen fick vi en belöning i minibaren vilket jag upplever som mycket positivt. Badrummet var mycket trevligt. Så mycket bra betyg på rum/bekvämligheter. Sedan kommer vi till frukosten som var mycket bra. Har allt som jag ville och lite till. Frukt, våfflor, pålägg och bröd/bakelser. Det enda jag tycker var minus var appen för att beställa roomservice. Fick den inte att fungera vilket var irriterande. Så väldigt låg poäng på teknik. Hade lite samma problem med den elektroniska incheckningen. Allt löste sig med trevlig personal i receptionen som jag ringde till och som tog min beställning. Plus för godis i entren."

"The Hotel is still a great place to stay at. The staff is very supportive. But in the rooms parts of the furniture is starting to show signs of age and bad shape. The lounge bar on 24th floor closes already at 8pm and that’s in my opinion 2 hours to early. To sum it all up I like The Hotel and will come back"
