Amenities and room condition we subpar for a 5-star hotel. Mold in shower. Ants in bathroom. Window in bathroom slightly ajar/open. Staff said they would send someone to pick up my room service tray immediately. No one came ever. And no one picked it up outside of my room. BEWARE: an extra $72/night destination fee is charged upon checkout. Definitely not worth a stay here. There are much better places in the area.

Really exceptional experience. Beautiful property. The morning coffee was a nice touch. Every staff member we had contact with was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Truly looking forward to our next visit. The location is phenomenal.

The service they provided me was exellent.One of the occasions is that I couldn’t sleep at night due to the light wasn’t completely turned off and one of the staffs came at late night and tried to fix it for me. That was very nice of him to do that.

We thought this places was going to be over the top but ended up having a room that A/C didn’t work properly as well as the blinds on the room. It was our anniversary and honestly for them not to acknowledge that was very bad customer service. We stayed at a smaller hotel the day prior and they gave us a bottle of wine and left a card stating happy anniversary. It’s the little things that make a big difference.

The best in Yountville. We love not only everything about the our room and service ( free mini bar is so good for the family) but also Lucy the restaurant, the food is heavenly.

Before I booked my reservation, I was unaware that the pool and amenities were closed, and had I known, I would've booked elsewhere. When the concierge at the front desk relayed this information she looked at me in disgust. The manage, Nick, was also very apathetic as opposed to how I witnessed him treating white people from London. It was okay. Not worth 3k for 3 nights.

We make the short trip from the EB to Yountville several times a year and each time it's wonderful. The property, the team, the artwork and the vibe makes for a wonderful experience each and every time.

Words cannot say what a wonderful experience we had. All the staff we encountered from the check in , valet, person who walked us to the room and all the staff around the property, everyone was very nice. Special shout out to the front desk and valet, I wished I remembered all your names but you were all great. You have become one of our favorite hotels to stay in! Area was great , rooms and beds huge and comfortable, free bikes to use and valet was always quick and kept you hydrated !! Stay here on your next adventure. You will feel like you traveled someone far. We wished we were able to stay here longer!!

First-time luxury hotel experience in my life out of my own pocket for our anniversary. Environment, service and everything is great. Just felt too expensive for me. But I have to admit that too expensive is my problem, not hotel's problem. I wish someday in the future I can earn more money and spend more time with beloved ones in Bardessono, like those low-key rich people.

The hotel is centrally located in Yountville. The grounds are well maintained and the landscaping in beautiful. The rooms are larger than a standard hotel room and have private patios. During our stay, the electricity went out for 40 minutes. The entire hotel was dark. There was no staff available to speak with neither by phone or in person. The hotel phones did not work, so we couldn’t call the front desk and when we used our cell phones to call the hotel, the hotel’s phone system was down. Given the nightly rate of this hotel, I would expect better service.
