What you can expect

Escape into the dense forests of northern Kathmandu and experience the refreshment, peace, and relaxation that this natural setting brings.

Pickup is provided from central Kathmandu. From here, travel to Nagi Gompa– which is a nunnery located in a serene setting outside of the city. Vegetarian meals are provided for the 4 days of your stay as well as herbal tea.

Spend time with an experienced instructor who will help you delve into your yoga and meditation practices to work towards a state of peace, fulfillment, and abundance.

Gain clarity and detoxify your body in a place where nature and culture come together. Learn and connect with Buddhist teachings in a place where more than one hundred nuns stay and practice spiritual life as Buddha taught.
