"Had a very pleasant stay at the property. However, some of the location-information is not accurate. It is not 200 Meters from 1st Beach and 300 Meters from 2nd Beach. You will have to be prepared to walk some 20 minutes to either beach. We have checked out after 2 nights and moved to a property on 1st Beach. (next to almost everything). However, the property is excellent once you are there. - probably the best view on Morro de Sao Paulo. Host and Rooms were wonderful. Cheers"

"Ao chegarmos lá, no horário marcado (12h), a casa ainda estava sendo varrida. A casa não nos foi entregue muito limpa. Os móveis são muito velhos. Na sala tem uma estante, cujos pés são de tijolos. Nas duas suítes, os colchões de casal são duros como uma tábua. Também tinha os armários dos quartos com um cheiro muito ruim de coisa bem velha. Os banheiros têm um cheiro horrível retornado do esgoto. Na suíte de cima, o chuveiro vazava muito e quando foi trocado, o chuveiro novo só tinha água fria....

"O Hotel é bem localizado. Quartos são pequenos mas confortáveis. Bom Café da Manhã. O problema é que a Piscina fica em cima dos quartos a Frente do Hotel. E quem fica no piso superior da metade do hotel até a frente. Fica escutando o Barulho da Bomba da piscina que é ligada o dia todo. É um barulho chato que fica passando a corrente da água bombeada da piscina mais o barulho do pistão da bomba. O epicentro é dos quartos 201 a 203. Mas no andar superior fica também.
