"Five hours prior to our check in time our stay was cancelled by the host. The host had no knowledge of our booking until I inquired about access to the property on our arrival. "the cottage itself was very nice but for a partially disabled person I found it cold and uncomfortable. the sofa was far to low and the chairs extremely hard even using a cushion."
