The AC was not working cause it was switched off for the whole hotel. And upon asking them to switch on, they were sending technicians and pretending they were fixing it but in vain. They privided us with a fan instead for the whole stay. They covered the price of one meal in their restaurant

"Tropical Islands was absolutely amazing! There is so much things to do and fun for all the family. I would highly recommend. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the food options were nice. I highly recommend this place and I will be back!"

"Really enjoyed our mini break. Although many speak minimal English, Staff really helpful and will direct you to senior multilingual staff! Food was great. "Telefonisch leider niemand erreichbar. Die FAQs sind halt manchmal nicht ausreichend. Es wird an Personal, also am falschen Ende, gespart. Pfingstsonntag war leider nur die reguläre Öffnungszeit für Amazonia und die Rutschtürme. Leider schließen die Attraktionen zur selben Zeit, was lieber zeitversetzt ..."
