"It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. "

"We had an amazing stay at Apart Relax. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a midweek of relaxing and hiking in the beautiful Ötztal. Jessica was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. She helped us pick some beautiful hiking trails and woke up earlier than usual for our early checkout. The apartment came with a Summer card for Ötztal to get a lot of free extras, like free cable card rides, free Aquadome ticket and free public transport in summer. This was a...

"It was a very nice apartment but there was no air conditioning which made our stay very uncomfortable. The apartment is also located in a very good location in the square at the old town but this also made it very loud especially having to sleep with the windows open for air. Overpriced for an apartment with no air!"

"The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities. Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too. Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc),...

"We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at The House for a recent ski trip with the family. The apartment was clean & spacious and rooms were large enough. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. The only real down side was the cost of breakfast at 22 Euros per person per day, a bit steep so we bought food in from...

"Newly renovated, sleek, comfortable, stylish. Walking distance from the station and all the sights of Innsbruck. Easy, contactless check-in, with excellent instructions."

"Well equipped, spacious, and convenient new hotel in Seefeld. Enjoyed our stay as the supermarkets were a few mins walk away. The wellness centre is lovely although the pool is quite small. Would have given it 5 stars if housekeeping was included but it was an additional €40 during your stay. Service otherwise was excellent with a friendly team at the front desk. "

"Lovely apartment, had everything you could ask for...and cheap as I got it for £50 the day before I travelled. A quick 5 minute walk from Villach HBF. The information was clear and kept updated and I was pleased to be able to check in an hour or so early to dump my suitcase off and then explore"
