The hotel is fabulous, and what makes it excellent is their fantastic staff. They are do friendly and obliging. The hotel is ideally located to transport, shopping and dining. Would definitively stay again. Highly recommend.

This hotel tries hard to be a top-level hotel. It's large and modern, but located just a few minutes on foot from the old town. The staff is friendly and helpful.
However, there were a couple of things that did not work in the room (the dispensers in the bathroom and the light over the sink).
Also, the design of the bathroom is very unconventional, and, we thought, not very user friendly. The bathtub/shower are in a separate, glass enclosed, and completely transparent area, the toilet and bidet are in a separate, opaque-glass enclosed, area with no sink, and the sink is in the open hallway as you enter. It did not make sense to us.

Decent enough hotel. Fairly quiet and ac worked well on a hot night. Has parking but really, you can't safely use it with anything bigger than a Fiat 500. It's really tight and difficult to get in and out of. There's a "normal" car park I little further down the street which is cheaper.
