I feel like I was at home. The room and the floor was quite. Hotel's location was in the center of Rovaniemi. The refrigerator was full and quite good. I can choose the same place if I decide to go to Rovaniemi Lapland again. Thank you,

The room we had was well-appointed and I would have given a higher review except for a bad experience on our final day. I had taken a shower and noticed that water was pooling in the basin. I rinsed myself off and then was shocked to see the entire bedroom flooded (the shower was maybe 1-2cm lower than bedroom floor. I called management right away but it took 25 minutes for anyone to show up. This, after I advise that the room was flooded. I gathered all the towels I could to absorb / direct water back to shower. I spent the rest of the morning trying to pack bags in a wet room. In the end, no apologies (and certainly no compensation) for what is supposed to be a boutique hotel.

This apartment is quiet and provides breakfast. My only beef is there was no bed head so hard to read in bed.

This hotel itself was great. Pretty rooms and a good central location. The service was terrible though. There is no front desk on the property, just a little call box outside the front door (which is hard to hear). When I got there, I used the call box to tell them I had arrived. The man who answered said I should have gotten a code from hotels.com, but I did not (I later found out hotels.com's system had malfunctioned). Instead of offering to help, he just told me to call hotels.com. After standing on the sidewalk arguing with the call box for a good five minutes, he finally told me the code to get inside the hotel. If I had to do it over again, I would not stay here.

Great place to stay In Rovaniemi
The apartment was roomy and very modern. The make your own breakfast was amazing. Would recommend to anyone. Staff could not do enough for you when asked considering it was a self service apartment. Great value in Rovaniemi. Friends at the same business function stayed at hotels that were small this was completely different.

Lovely hotel ,stayed here twice, both rooms were clean and very well equipped . Breakfast provided had good variety and more than enough food for 2 people. Bathroom was great, had lovely rain shower and nice 'Rituals' toiletries. Although no physical reception, staff were available and very helpful via intercom on first floor. Really enjoyed our stays. Thanks to all at Haawe Hotel.

There is no front desk worker as well as no public bathroom. They claim there is breakfast included which is do it yourself. When I arrived, I tried to access my room and someone rudely told me that I cannot check in until 4:00pm

The only hotel you need to know about in Rovaniemi
This apart hotel is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The rooms are beautiful and decorated with classic Scandinavian design, including Hay and Stelton. The room is super clean and very quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the fire (we stayed in the Kota room) gives a lovely luxurious feel! The hotel is self check-in and is very efficient. When contacting the hotel, customer service is extremely high and the staff are really helpful.

Simply the best hotel in Rovaniemi
Amazing hotel. Room was lovely, food left was vast and unbelievable quality. Starbucks pods and the chocolate, amazing. Shower was best ever had.Yolanda on email is amazing to talk to. Within 30secs from town centre, withing 10secs from cracking burger and pizza restaurants for great take away. Within minutes from play park for kids, couple of hundred yards for the bus stop to Santapark/Santa Village/Airport. Taxi from Airport to hotel is about 25 to 27 euros. Takes about 7 minutes. Bus to Santa is €20 for two adults and two kids return, though think going up in price by a euro or so in Dec22. Amazing, will stay again next year.

We’ve stayed @ HAAWE for 3 nights-nothing to complain about . We’ve paid a fair amount for a 4 star hotel and we’ve got a 4 star hotel service , nothing less . Was a bit odd not to see any hotel staff even at reception but we didn’t really need them as everything was quite straight forward.

Fantastic stay here. Centrally located in city centre near lots of restaurants. Also, the fridge came well stocked with eggs, juice, bread, fruit, oatmeal, chocolates, etc. Very nice space that was just right for our vacation in Rovaniemi. We were close by to all the main offices for the tour excursion companies. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very impressed by every detail of this hotel and room. It is modern, stylish, clean, quiet and superbly located. It has every amenity I needed for my stay. A lot of food, bottled water and juice were provided for a DIY breakfast which I could cook in the kitchen. Everything in the room was of high quality. Bed was comfortable and has lots of lighting options for the room. Self check in and out were super easy. The only thing I'd suggest is an option for a firmer pillow for neck support.

So awesome, we should have stayed longer.
It was wonderful. An amazing room with the most amazing bathtub where we could bathe together with my husband which was a major bonus! ;) It was so cool having all kinds of breakfast ingredients, only thing we were missing were tomatoes and cucumbers. But nice that we can sleep in and still have breakfast. The only issue we had with comfort was the bed. It's was a lovely bed but the cushions were too soft, so they didn't hold our heads well, and the blankets were very hot, we wished there could have been some kind of option for a less thick blanket. Over all absolutely the best hotel ever! :D
This was a birthday vacation for my husband so the hotel was nice to put up these for him, and gave him a card and a box of chocolates.

Quality choice for a romantic getaway
An excellent unique apartment of top quality. Very nice private sauna and tub. Perfect location in the heart of the town. Surprisingly no air conditioning, which made the warm nights somewhat sweaty. This is a rare problem in this neighborhood. Definitely a come-again place!

This is a lovely place to stay in a great location. Taxi rank just inside, lots of restaurants on the doorstep. We stayed in room 5 (KOTI) which was a cosy room for two, the fridge had plenty of food in it and the staff worked around your coming and going. This hotel is absolutely amazing. The posh design, and the choice of all kitchen application, Mile, Bosch, axor in the bath room , the bedding’s quality is breathable, much better than many 5 star hotel. The owner’s choice shows the quality and the taste. Really comfortable stay, room are clean, cozy and warm. The location is very convenient with walking distance to the museums. The staff are very friendly trying their every best to help even little things from tv use to transport to the airport.
